Very positive experience, everything perfect. Excellent starters, varied and plentiful... tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms of great quality, excellent local meat. The staff are helpful and professional. To return as soon as possible...among other things, the pizza was really tasty and well leavened

Siamo tornati in questa locanda a pranzo ed è stata una conferma positiva come già le altre volte. Antipasti ottimi ed abbondanti, primi piatti veramente gustosi e saporiti, soprattutto le tagliatelle con i funghi porcini locali, la tagliata di carne a km zero veramente tenera e saporita. Piacevolissime le pizze bianche calde servite al posto del pane ed anche la pizza margherita ben lievitata. Il personale di sala molto professionale e disponibile ad assecondare le varie richieste. La locanda ha delle stanze immerse al 100% nel più totale silenzio e nella natura, ideale per chi vuole ricaricare le batterie con piacevoli passeggiate o escursioni nel parco del pollino. Decent but very very disappointing food quality.

Nothing to say about the quality of the food, the first courses are really very good, nor about the courtesy of the staff. Sore point: the prices are a little high and a bit of confusion and various inaccuracies on the bill.

Friendly staff, service, cleanliness, 10 star food, all well deserved!

I often go to Rifugio La Principessa for work and I highly recommend it, both for the quality-price ratio and for the excellent pizza restaurant managed by Adele and all the staff very well.
