16 days, 3 times, plus once I ordered a cheese focaccia... excellent delivery... but in the evenings with my wife, my wife ate divine penne with salmon. Fried ETCC, I had a special gnocchi twice. Cream of truffle... and speck with courgettes. Wonderful, see you soon and highly recommended.

My wife and I spent 13 days on vacation in August, and we dined there 10 times. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was delicious, and the pizzas were truly delicious. When we're in the area again, it'll be a regular stop. Maurizio and Alessandra

The salad was huge. The pizzas were quite good. However, I found it a bit odd with the frutti di mare, how the seafood was "thrown on top." I don't know if that's common in Italy. But you couldn't eat it with the pizza... In the end, there was just too much shell and not enough seafood. I basically had to eat it all, and then the pizza base with tomato sauce and, strangely enough, no cheese.

We've had takeout pizzas several times. The staff is friendly. The pizzas have been delicious every time.

Large table with friends for a dinner in the outdoor area of ​​this place in the market square of Oneglia. Pizza and drinks for everyone with the addition of a few coffees. Fairly quick service, friendly staff and good pizzas. The only shame was a slight smell of sewage (of unknown origin) that hovered lightly near our table. Toilets in order and prices in the current average, for us 18 euros per person Roman style.

17/10/2025: We had a wonderful meal: the Milanese cutlet was amazing, the best I've ever had—not greasy, perfectly breaded and cooked, good cured meats, and the light and delicious fried gnocco. The atmosphere is very pleasant and authentic. The owner was a little gruff at first, but then he loosened up! He's very good and gives good advice. Our waitress was a little shy but very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend it!

Trattoria Via Vai

14/09/2025: I've been frequenting Trattoria Via Vai in Bolzone di Ripalta Cremasca for about 20 years, almost always for lunch on weekends. My father discovered it thanks to an article by Beppe Severgnini featuring the best tortelli from Crema, and it's remained a firm favourite ever since. In fact, it's even improved over the years. I love it because it's a refuge from the chaos of Milan: immersed in the countryside, with a bike path along the river for an after-lunch stroll. Easy parking, zero stress. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, refined yet homey, between the dining room and a bright winter garden. The menu is streamlined: a few local dishes, fresh ingredients, authentic flavors with a touch of creativity. Portions are just right: you leave full and satisfied, without overindulging. The wine list is interesting even for discerning palates, with Italian and international labels (especially French). Stefano knows how to advise and guide: although I'm not a great expert, I've always had a great experience. This is my first review after many years of attending: I promised it, and here it is. Congratulations on the commitment and care you put into what you do. Highly recommended!
