I went to this place today with friends. It feels like a Roman trattoria. We definitely ate well. The staff were welcoming and polite. I recommend everyone go there and pay attention to the receipt.
I'M GIVING IT THREE STARS BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE THE OWNER'S CUNNINGNESS BEHIND THE CASH REGISTER... I get up from the table, go to the register, pay what I was asked for, and am handed a traditional, blank receipt along with my change.
When I get home, I accidentally find this piece of paper that looks like a receipt by law. At the bottom, I read: NON-TAX RECEIPT, PLEASE COLLECT IT AT THE CASH REGISTER.
But damn, I trusted you, blonde lady behind the register, and you... DISAPPOINTED, SPEECHLESS!

Nothing to complain about the service except the owner's rudeness and rudeness, which I frankly find in bad taste... In short, a place like a Citemmuert.... Although it certainly had something extra in terms of food.
Also in bad taste was the addition of water without asking if it was appreciated or not, which made it seem like it was on the house.

My partner and I had dinner here and had a wonderful time! We had a lovely plate of beans and pork rinds, a lovely plate of troccoli alla Gricia, and for dessert, a deconstructed berry cheesecake with mascarpone (not cream!). Everything was excellent, from the food, to the service, and the value for money. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is well-known in the province.
It encompasses the flavors and dishes typical of Roman culture, offering a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses.
Typical dishes include porchetta, guanciale, pasta carbonara, and the ever-present cacio e pepe, seasoned and served in a cheese wheel.
They also prepare excellent wood-fired pizzas.
Given the abundance of dishes, it's difficult to try a complete meal in one sitting... let's just say that's a good reason to return!
Don't miss the finger food at the end of the meal!
Given the restaurant's popularity, it's always best to reserve a table.
