There are only a few tables outside, so it can be difficult to find a seat, especially during busy periods like summer, but the atmosphere remains pleasant and lively. The real highlight is undoubtedly the focaccia barese: the dough is soft, slightly crunchy on the outside, and soft and fragrant on the inside, with that authentic flavor of Apulian extra virgin olive oil that instantly makes your mouth water. It's filled with fresh, simple yet flavorful ingredients, and every bite gives you that typical local specialty experience, perfect with a cold beer or while strolling through Polignano's alleys. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to serve you quickly and with a smile. Waiting times are never long, even when the place is crowded, and the service manages the high influx of customers well, without making anyone feel neglected. The prices are reasonable, fair for the quality offered, and absolutely affordable: you can enjoy an excellent panzerotto or focaccia and a beer without spending too much.
