Afrish In Roma

Popped in all 9 of us on a Saturday afternoon we were allowed to play our own music selection great value for money, lovely little venue. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed our visit to Afrish as it was authentically Nigerian in all its rowdy glory, as there was a birthday party happening that evening. We ordered asun (goatmeat sauce), along with jollof & chicken and white rice with ego and plantain. Service was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the food - the best African restaurant I tried in Rome - with the atmosphere and vibes contributing to that. Only let down? No authentic 9ja beer - but the Heineken was good.

This was my first time trying African food, and it was delicious! The atmosphere was very relaxed, with lovely African music that made the experience even more special. Patricia, the waitress who served us, was also incredibly kind and friendly. We will definitely be back. Next time I'm in Italy, I'll definitely return.

Very excellent place for correct Nigerian dishes

Was craving Nigeria local Dish for Easter and found this Place. Had the bitter leaf and jollof rice with some Asun and it was a blast went the Next day to have the grillen tilapia and it was even better.

I visited this restaurant today with my wife and daughter and we had goat meat pepper soup, fried rice and pounded yam + egusi soup. I can categorically say that this is the best African restaurant I have visited outside of Nigeria. The food was top notch delicious and the portion of both the meat and pounded yam was worth the price. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Italy.

Cool and welcoming environment. A place to calm down during the day with good food. Especially for tourist
