We went to this truly enchanting place... and I must admit, I wasn't expecting such unique and refined cuisine. ✨
The appetizers literally left me speechless: the black focaccia with strawberries and yellow cherry tomatoes was a wonderful surprise, a one-of-a-kind balance of flavors 🍓🍞.
The eggplant meatballs were my first love: super soft center, crunchy exterior... a real treat for the palate.
Special praise also goes to the bartenders, who are incredibly knowledgeable—they guide you with care and taste in choosing the perfect cocktail for you 🍸.
I left there with a huge smile and the feeling of having had a truly special gastronomic experience. 💫

An aperitif with the right appetizers. And if you can choose from 25 types of vermouth for your aperitif, that really makes a difference.
Fast and courteous service. The decor is reminiscent of Argentina.
If you're in the San Salvario area, this is the place to stop.
Update October 1st: Always a surefire option for an aperitif and more than just something to eat!

Great cocktails, Sunshine Negroni and Vermatini were both innovative and refreshing on the hot September evening my wife and I stopped in. Complimentary focaccia, thank you. For eats we split barbatietola: beet root tartare with cucumber foam, dill, chives and a small dollop of yogurt. Wonderfully cool, each bite refreshing, surprising. Also we split a pizza genoa: focaccia topped with the best sautéed cherry tomatoes I’ve ever had. If you go be sure to try the home brewed noisette, a delightful hazelnut liqueur. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks to our server Anastasia and our mixologist who made our evening so pleasant.

We stopped for a family aperitivo. Excellent and knowledgeable. Worth it. We returned two years later, and this time we had the opportunity to chat with an exceptional bartender. I can honestly say I drank the best Negroni of my life.
