Beautiful, warm, Tuscan environment, we had a wonderful dinner, excellent hare pappardelle and exceptional stew! The house wine is also excellent and I recommend it

Un posto di altri tempi. Basta l'arrivo della signora al tavolo per capire di essere in un luogo dove tutto è ottimo. Una presenza mai invadente eppure sempre presente, sorridente e professionale come di rado accade. La cena che scorre benissimo con un menu tradizionale ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Da segnalare la bontà degli antipasti -ribollita e lardo straordinari, un riso ai fiori di zucca delicatissimo, e carni fantastiche: dal coniglio allo stracotto. Perfino i contorni sono saporiti e curati. Ottimi infine i dolci e la scelta del vino. Perfetto anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, per un locale di livello e con una storia che lo rende sicuramente perfetto per una serata rilassante e tra amici. Da ritornarci appena possibile.

I had the pleasure of having dinner on Friday evening at the Aeroscalo restaurant in Pontedera. Located in via Roma 8, this place is the ideal place for an evening with friends, where good food combines with a welcoming and informal atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes. We started with the liver crostini, a sublime appetizer that opened the evening perfectly. Their texture and rich flavor won over all the guests, serving as a prelude to what would come next. The real protagonist of the evening, however, was the liver, excellently prepared and full of authentic flavours. Its consistency and perfect balance of aromas make it a must for anyone who visits this restaurant. To accompany the dish, we chose Piastraia Bolgheri Superiore, a wine that further enhanced our meal, with its fruity notes and elegant aftertaste. The service was impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff who were able to recommend the best pairings and make our evening even more pleasant. I highly recommend the Aeroscalo Restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dinner in Pontedera. I can't wait to return to try other specialties on their menu!

The classy place, the excellent service despite a small inattention that I prefer not to mention, the excellent food but....... The appetizer was excellent, I asked for an appetizer of liver crostini and colonnata lard to be divided into 4 and they brought us 3 for type.... one more for type what did it ever cost more, just a good figure.. ..I asked for 4 courses of baked potatoes and they brought us a tray with 4/5 potatoes each.....I asked for 1 liter of house wine for €10 and they told me: "we have jugs of 1/2 liter bad bad we'll bring you 2" ok, but don't make me pay €6 each. On €147 discounted to €144 you didn't give me a discount but you made up for what was "missing"... however I reiterate that all the food is EXCELLENT. The observations must be an incentive to have those little extra attentions that the customer notices.
