Adriatico Espresso In Recanati

A lovely evening spent with friends! I wasn't familiar with the place since I'd been there two summers ago, but it wasn't anything special. I purposely returned this time. The simple menu, recommended by the very kind waitress, included a generous "padellaccia" (a sort of "pan of fish") with the freshest catch, accompanied by a good wine, all at a very reasonable price. Well done Adriatica Espress, we'll be back!

A fabulous seafood dinner before my show! After a sauté of mussels and clams with the obligatory sauce to mop up the sauce, came a calamarata with mantis shrimp sauce, simply amazing. Followed by a fabulous fried fish: crispy, hot, and flavorful. And after my show "Ru... Umoreggiando," the icing on the cake!

Truly excellent. Very tasty and reasonably priced food. The owners have another restaurant on the coast and have access to the freshest fish. They prepare top-notch dishes! And you can eat outside in the evening!

English: On our way back from Recanati we stopped by chance at this restaurant. The place is nice, the atmosphere is predominantly white (perhaps even too much), but the feeling is of a clean and tidy place. To analyze the dishes that were served to us I can only start from the conclusion, that is the bill that was really low considering the raw material that was offered to us. We started with a seafood appetizer consisting of octopus salad, marinated anchovies, marinated salmon and a shrimp salad, all good and not excessive portions. We continued with a generous spaghetti with clams, full of clams and well made, (the only flaw perhaps a little excess of flour to make the cream that was a little raw), to finish we had a very abundant fried fish only and with an excellent dry and crunchy fry. The service was courteous and punctual and the total bill for 3 people was 69 euros, really nothing to eat fresh fish cooked in a valid way. If you are passing by and do not want to risk running into some fake fish restaurant that serves frozen fish pretending to be fresh, stop without hesitation.
