We loved the quality of the food! It really surprised us. It is a cosy restaurant and all the staff is very kind. Especially the waiter with Croatian roots, who recommended good wine and took the time to chat with us.

I would like to describe the summer holiday I had with my family in this Hotel which I define as wonderful (I have stayed in many!!) But Hotel Adler in Villabassa surpasses many. The family business is the result of experience and work which tends to improve more and more over time, the team that makes up the cuisine (superb) and the restaurant service is exceptional, a thought for the restaurant manager Stefano, the professional and connoisseur Sommelier (thanks for everything) , the rooms are beautiful, large and welcoming throughout, the swimming pool and the wellness area +++. Hotel offers all the activity solutions to always put the guest at ease. There is still a lot to say...we will return and I advise readers to discover it for themselves by going there.
