Let me start by saying that we were only there for dinner. Exclusive and welcoming environment, good service. Both the first and second courses are excellent and well presented, the desserts need improvement.

Beautiful holiday at the Adler hotel in the Dolomites with my family!!!
Kindness from the owners to the staff who pampered us throughout the period we stayed in the Hotel.
Excellent food, excellent service, well-kept premises: swimming pool, sports room, sauna, restaurant, bar etc....
We will be back!!!

We chose this hotel after much research because we thought it was the most suitable one for us and.. WE ARE NOT WRONG. Exquisite staff, excellent and delicate cuisine. Very varied and plentiful breakfast. Excellent and very functional SPA. We have nothing to say other than praise it 360 degrees. We will definitely be back.

Qui si va sul sicuro e non sbagliano mai...location, servizio, piatti, carta vini....meritano la menzione..che sia la tartare o il filetto la carne è di qualità...antipasti di ampia scelta e i primi da provare tutti.

We loved the quality of the food! It really surprised us. It is a cosy restaurant and all the staff is very kind. Especially the waiter with Croatian roots, who recommended good wine and took the time to chat with us.
