I've known not only this place but almost all of South Tyrol for many years. I love Tyrolean customs and folklore. I still remember going to church on Sundays, everyone dressed in their traditional costumes. Good times... other times... unfortunately.

We were staying nearby but were able to enjoy the delicious and authentic cuisine twice in this charming, clean, and cozy restaurant. The hostess and staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, even to our three children. Everything went perfectly. As Belgians with a passion for fine dining, we can highly recommend this restaurant. They use local ingredients, and the plates are beautifully presented. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back to enjoy all the delicious food. Excellent value for money! Fam. Van Hulle

The room was perfect, as were the hotel services. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. Thanks to Maximo for his welcome and Matteo for the meal. The staff are welcoming and competent. Everything was perfect.

Prima esperienza in questa storica Stube. Locale indubbiamente di atmosfera in cui i tavoli e le sedie trasmettono il calore delle tante persone che si sono avvicendate negli anni, anzi nei secoli. Sia mia moglie che io avevamo voglia di un piatto di carne e abbiamo ordinato bistecca di manzo (con patate e cipolle croccanti): ottimo il taglio, ottima la cottura, sapore davvero gustoso. Come pure perfetto l'abbinamento, suggerito dal maître, con un Lagrein dagli intensi sentori di frutti di bosco. A seguire: mirtilli con gelato al limone. Finalmente dei mirtilli con un sapore davvero proprio e non frutti gonfi d'acqua. Certo un pranzo semplice, ma la qualità c'era tutta. E quindi 5 stelle. PS Particolare significativo: la bottiglia d'olio sul tavolo era di un ottimo produttore umbro (Gaudenzi). Non mi era mai capitato finora in Trentino, dove anche in ottimi ristoranti si "scivola" non di rado sull'olio, spesso da grande distribuzione. Me ne sono felicitato col maître.

Posto. Tipico della zona, personale accogliente, cibo superiore alla media e ottimo, carta dei vini buona. L'unica sfumatura che mi ha dato un pò fastidio, che quando eravamo in attesa che il cameriere (gentilissimo) ci ha dato un passaggio con la sua auto al Nostro camping (taxi non disponibili), c'era un gruppo di persone che siccome conoscevano la proprietaria, gli è stato offerto qualcosa, a noi che comunque avevamo speso quasi 400€ neanche il Café. Ma d'altronde non è dovuto
