Adler Stube In Villabassa

Beautiful restaurant where I celebrated my birthday, very well-kept and elegant interior, excellent food, excellent hospitality, we will return, thanks next year

We were here skiing in March 2025 and got a great deal and a free suite. Here, as in the entire hotel, the modern and the old are very well and tastefully combined. The wellness area is attractive, but certainly too small when the hotel is at full capacity. Small but nice. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The service and staff are friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel for cyclists, ski enthusiasts... and dreamers. 😀

Streamer Naguura took us, her entire chat and audience, to this hotel. The room we got looked beautiful and with a nice view. It had soft beds and the service we got was the very best top tier. The food in te restaurent was top notch. The venison tenderloin was exquisite and the wine was superb! We all would definitely recommend staying here if you decide to travel through the valley!

Stayed at this location during a multi day hiking trip thru Dolomites with Exodus travels and found this hotel superb. Christian at the front takes such great care of every need and every guest, Stefano and his team in the wonderful restaurant exude hospitality and professionalism, and the food was exceptional! The strudel is a must, among the best in all of South Tyrol, and the presence of the wonderful, wonderful, very sweet lady who served it to us. She puts her heart into her profession there. An unmissable stop ❤️

Just lunch, but still very good

Lovely hotel a short walk from the station. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food and wine options. Nice facilities and good spacious rooms. The dining options are superb and the chef should be celebrated for the imaginative dishes. Thankyou an enjoyable week

Prima esperienza in questa storica Stube. Locale indubbiamente di atmosfera in cui i tavoli e le sedie trasmettono il calore delle tante persone che si sono avvicendate negli anni, anzi nei secoli. Sia mia moglie che io avevamo voglia di un piatto di carne e abbiamo ordinato bistecca di manzo (con patate e cipolle croccanti): ottimo il taglio, ottima la cottura, sapore davvero gustoso. Come pure perfetto l'abbinamento, suggerito dal maître, con un Lagrein dagli intensi sentori di frutti di bosco. A seguire: mirtilli con gelato al limone. Finalmente dei mirtilli con un sapore davvero proprio e non frutti gonfi d'acqua. Certo un pranzo semplice, ma la qualità c'era tutta. E quindi 5 stelle. PS Particolare significativo: la bottiglia d'olio sul tavolo era di un ottimo produttore umbro (Gaudenzi). Non mi era mai capitato finora in Trentino, dove anche in ottimi ristoranti si "scivola" non di rado sull'olio, spesso da grande distribuzione. Me ne sono felicitato col maître.

Posto. Tipico della zona, personale accogliente, cibo superiore alla media e ottimo, carta dei vini buona. L'unica sfumatura che mi ha dato un pò fastidio, che quando eravamo in attesa che il cameriere (gentilissimo) ci ha dato un passaggio con la sua auto al Nostro camping (taxi non disponibili), c'era un gruppo di persone che siccome conoscevano la proprietaria, gli è stato offerto qualcosa, a noi che comunque avevamo speso quasi 400€ neanche il Café. Ma d'altronde non è dovuto
