A restaurant that aims high, and it shows...but there are many things that could be improved, both in the kitchen and in the dining room! That said, I had a great evening! I really hope you can make that leap in quality you're missing, because the desire is there, and that's what matters.

10/10 An unforgettable experience Ad Hoc was an absolute 10/10 from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the ladies who took care of us were incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every dish in detail with passion and precision. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, and their attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience. We chose the tasting menus (Truffle & Terra) and requested no pork, and the team handled it flawlessly. Every adjustment was thoughtful, seamless, and made us feel genuinely cared for. They truly made the night very special. The wine pairings were outstanding, perfectly matched with each dish, and the overall experience was nothing short of pure ecstasy. From the flavors to the atmosphere, everything was refined, balanced, and memorable. A must-visit in Rome. We will absolutely return.

Really unique experience, the restaurant has nice touch and cozy atmosphere, we spend very nice evening and enjoyed high quality food and great service, I will keep a note to this restaurant as it was great !

A very charming, well-kept restaurant; excellent wine selection. As for the meats, the fillet is top-quality. The restaurant's winning feature? The all-female management, courtesy, professionalism, and the ever-present smiles.

A fantastic evening for my wife's birthday! Everything was perfect! The food and wine pairings were incredible! Complimentary aperitifs and a little surprise at the end! We were seated by the window for the occasion. All this for €95 for the menu with wine pairings! Amazing! Well done and thank you again!

What a wonderful place. From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth and the positive vibes from all the staff of the restaurant. Super generous, greeted with a glass of wine and offered a delicious amuse bouche. The food is exceptional specially if you are a truffle fan. Very nice setting and an experience not to be missed. Not that I highly recommend it, but I urgently urge every visitor to Rome to share this wonderful experience.
