The service was excellent from the start. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a small appetizer from the chef. The food was delicious, with a unique and special flavor. However, to be honest, it used to be even better.

An extraordinary discovery we opted for the land and sea discovery menu but what a delight for the taste buds
The welcome, in particular Shy'm who spoke French and was very kind and the discoveries from the appetizer to the last dessert because before dessert there was a before dessert and afterward an after dessert which we did not couldn't eat
With the addition of a gift for our departure I discovered the truffle, what a delight with a more than fair price for the quality, presentation and service.
We are amazed

This was an wonderful experience. We were recommended to this restaurant by friends. It was far beyond expectations. We are just sorry it is in Sicily, not closer to us in the US. It's worth a trip just to go there. Food and wine were just outstanding.

If I could give them 6 stars and a couple of Michelin ones I would. We had taster menus which were paired with wines and although each course was small we walked away fully sated. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and described each course and the accompanying wine in loving detail. Forget the tourist traps and eat here.

A very nice discovery, not to be missed if you pass through Rome.
A black truffle menu, each dish accompanied by its glass of wine👌🏻
DELICIOUS, a real feast for the eyes, for the taste buds, a pure marvel.
On a romantic trip, we will definitely return there.

One of the finest ever. Perfect experiance.
The staff were super accomodating. I went for the tasting manu- land, which was very good, beautifully served (the tasting manu- sea seemed as least as good..)
The wines that came with the food were sensational.
My wife ordered the ravioli and fillet, which were also an excellent choice.
It was a WOW experiance

We have dined at the Ad Hoc, numerous times & it's always a fantastic dinning experience.
The tasting menu is excellent.
Good size portions, great variety & very tasty.
The very friendly, proffesional, knowledgeable staff are brilliant, nothing is too much for them.
The restaurant hygiene , facilities are excellent .
Theirs a lovely, relaxed ambience around.
Fantastic decor.
Tables are nicely placed around, to give diners their privacy .
Every time that we visit Rome, we always book a table for our special meal.
Thank you to all the staff/owners for their efforts/ service for making our experience with you fantastic.
