Yesterday I had dinner with them again, this time for my parents' fiftieth wedding anniversary. I preferred to go to them because when it comes to a fish-based dinner I couldn't find anything better. Apart from the small initial misunderstanding which I don't even want to evaluate because the room managers themselves filled it with their proverbial seriousness shown during the evening, everything was a thousand stars. We chose a fixed menu with a small variation and, as I said, it was not a surprise but a confirmation of the goodness of the ingredients and the professionalism of the staff in the kitchen. As always, thank you and I will definitely return... this time with a nice table, not an L-shaped one... I'm joking of course. Highly recommended!

Normal dishes, good service... but prices, in my opinion, exorbitant...
I understand the place on the sea, nice and having recently had a restyling... but we are not in Taormina, much less in Monte Carlo
I had lunch at Acquapazza... small but very elegant internal location... from the terrace you can admire a beautiful view... excellent food... the extraordinary cuttlefish ink risotto... kind and welcoming staff... I will definitely return.

On June 9th we celebrated my son's baptism at Acqua Pazza, reserving the
Internal room all for us, welcoming, elegant, modern and refined, with a breathtaking view because you are practically on the
Sea...even though almost a month has passed, I still receive compliments for the choice of location and above all for the dishes chosen which included a great mix of cooked and raw starters, one better than the other with a unique setting, such as first courses black risotto of cuttlefish which I thought was obvious, but
How they cook it is something truly special, super good and then...
Orecchiette with grouper and aubergines exceptional... it should be noted that already having arrived at the pasta we were super full and no one wanted the second course and so kindly they prepared portions of the second courses for us to take home, which was very much appreciated by everyone.... in any case if I could give more 5 stars

A special place for a special dinner (or lunch). The accommodation outside is beautiful, overlooking the sea, all the dishes tasted are excellent (risotto with black sauce, tuna steak, mixed fry...) and a very professional service.

We had a wonderful dinner in Santa Tecla o celebrate our anniversary at this lovely restaurant in Santa Tecla. We started with the Fritto Misto, which was perfectly done. We had the risotto al nero di seppia and the spaghetti with sea urchin. They were both superb. This was the best meal of our trip.

Ristorante situato a Santa Tecla vicino a Stazzo e Acireale. Ci abbiamo mangiato due sere, ed entrambe ci siamo trovati molto bene: pesce cucinato bene, freschissimo, qualità e abbondante soprattutto i primi davvero consigliati: semplici e buoni, alcuni anche un po' più particolari.
La location è davvero bella con la terrazza sul mare.
Ecco i piatti presi nelle due sere:
Risotto al nero di seppie con gambero di Mazara del Vallo
Taglierini con i frutti di mare( muscoli e vongole)
Orecchiette con broccoli e gamberi freschissimi
Corvina alla griglia: semplice e buona
I vari contorni di verdure buoni
Tataki di tonno freschissimo con verdure e cipolle in agrodolce ( ottimo e abbondante).
Buona e varia la carta dei vini. Nelle sere abbiamo optato sempre per un rosato.
Servizio accogliente e gentile. Molto apprezzati anche l'entree e il fine dessert ( sorbetto al mandarino).Il pesce è davvero fresco, i primi abbondanti e cucinati bene. Il conto nella media dei buoni/ ottimi ristoranti di pesce.
