Everything was very nice, especially for the area. But I was having dinner with my boyfriend, and this lady at the reception desk (probably the owner, who lives in a different era) escorted us to the table without saying a word and asked my boyfriend directly where he was sitting, gave him the wine list, and then left. A very chauvinistic gesture, considered acceptable in a different era, not ours. I was there too, and I don't understand why I wasn't served the wine list.

There's no middle ground here. The hotel is 50-star, and the restaurant is the same. They're top-notch in every way. Well done, well done, well done.

Ample parking is available both inside the gate and outside, just steps from the restaurant, reserved for guests. Fresh seafood of various varieties. The wine cellar features several wines; for wine lovers, this is the place to be. The appetizers are exceptional, both cooked and raw; the first courses are unremarkable but always average. The staff were excellent, showing us how to eat an oyster rather than just squeezing lemon over it. The only flaw may be that they added two extra bottles of wine to the bill, but no problem, it was Saturday night...

Excellent quality food. A full business lunch, all seafood, including a glass of wine for €24 seems like a great deal. The service is impeccable, as well as friendly and welcoming.

RESTAURANT REVIEW:
The location is beautiful and well-maintained, with convenient parking, including wheelchair access. We were warmly welcomed, with a welcome entrée featuring a glass of sparkling wine and a mini tuna arancini on a pea cream. Everything we ate was more than delicious, and the seafood was beautifully prepared to showcase its flavor.
The price was more than fair...for four people, two entrees each, two desserts, and a bottle of wine for €30, we spent €185.
It could become my new favorite place.

It's been about a year since I've been back, but I'd say the quality of the ingredients has improved, even if the portions have decreased a bit. We had a mixed boiled meat and a risotto, both of which were simply sublime, but a while ago, just one of these was enough to fill us up. This time, that wasn't the case. However, we made up for it with a strudel made by Signora Daniela, which was a wonderful way to satiate our stomachs and palates. We'll be back.

I don't understand why I'm given the opportunity to review the hotel and not the restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and had a great meal. Excellent value. The service was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for what you get, ranging from €50 per person to €500 or more. Bottles of wine range from €21 to €1,300. So, there's something for every budget.
We'll definitely be back.
