The Acquamatta restaurant in Legnaro, just outside Padua, offers a very varied and refined fish-based menu. The environment is familiar and welcoming, the structure modern, clean and design. Dad often came for lunch and this place is full of memories for him, I'm glad he took me today, on the occasion of my birthday. The staff is friendly and kind, I'm happy that they always remember him with affection and that they stop to have a chat. We ate as appetizers a grilled octopus with vegetables and giardiniera, a small fried dish with polenta and grilled meat for two. Everything excellent. The cellar is really well stocked and offers Italian and foreign labels at every price, we took a Lugana Ca' dei Frati. A baby mille-feuille cake also arrived, really good. Nice experience. We'll be back. The lady reminded us that now the structure has expanded its offer, in addition to the restaurant there is the possibility of staying in the 15 rooms, therefore, given the environment of the restaurant, I invite those coming from outside Padua to plan a stop. Very refined and intimate venue, with professional, helpful and kind staff. Amazing cellar to get lost just looking at it. Ask the Maitre for advice on the wine to pair with the food, he is very trained and competent, he will be able to enchant you with his explanation. Quality food presented with elegance. I'll be back as soon as possible.

I had the opportunity to dine in this fish restaurant, attracted above all by the location: truly enchanting, with attention to detail and capable of creating the right atmosphere for a pleasant evening. The service proved to be professional and efficient, even if a little too formal and detached, which made the experience less warm than I expected. The cuisine offers well-executed dishes, with quality ingredients and careful presentation. However, none of the courses were able to truly surprise or leave an indelible memory: everything was good, but without any particular flashes. The prices are in line with the offer: a boiled and a raw appetizer, two risottos, a fried dish, a glass of wine, water and coffee we spent around €65 each.

Era la prima volta che sentivo parlare di questo locale ci sono andato a cena con amici, così ho scoperto un ambiente perfetto con parcheggio comodo, cibo sublime e personale gentile e preparato. Bello l’Aquario con le ostriche e vari crostacei, originale la cantina con vetrine a vista. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante.

Locale veramente molto bello. Passano bellissimi piatti di crudo che però non abbiamo provato. Buonissimi gli antipasti. I primi così così: il risotto è un po’ scotto, lo spaghetto slegato e pasticciato . Il fritto ( che non ho preso io) unto. Prezzo importante ( con solo due calici di bianco) . Sorbetto banale. Forse le aspettative erano molto ( troppo) elevate… Ci tornerei volentieri per dare fiducia e riprovare, magari era una serata “no”.
