It's probably one of the best pizzas you'll find in Trento. As for the restaurant itself, the location is rather simple and not particularly memorable: functional, but without any distinctive features or a memorable atmosphere. The service was adequate but rather neutral. The staff was professional, but lacked the kind of friendliness or hospitality that would elevate the overall experience. One area that could definitely be improved is the management of the dining room: during the evening, the noise level was quite high, due to the presence of a particularly lively group, and this made the atmosphere less pleasant. In short, if your goal is to eat top-quality pizza, Acqua e Farina is absolutely recommended and definitely worth a visit. There is room for improvement in terms of setting and atmosphere, but the quality of the pizza more than makes up for it.

I went for dinner for a quick pizza. I just have to compliment you because it was one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever had. A well-deserved five stars. Congratulations!

I visited this pizzeria several years ago and I must say I wasn't thrilled. Today, I completely reconsider my experience. The place has been renovated and is very beautiful, well-kept, and elegant. There are many pizzas to choose from. I found the dough soft and light, and the ingredients are high-quality. Truly excellent. Friendly staff and quick service. Price in line with other pizzerias. Too good! My girlfriend and I were staying at the Hi Hotel, which is next door, and for convenience, we stopped at this pizzeria. Very fast service, no long wait. As I later told the pizza chef, it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. Very light and well-leavened dough. You can taste it as soon as you bite. The service is youthful and friendly. The wine list is truly excellent, perhaps even a bit too much for a pizzeria, but well done! To finish, we ordered a really good tiramisu! Well done, everyone!
