This restaurant particularly impressed us because it presents itself as a creative restaurant, capable of presenting seafood in original and unconventional ways. The welcome is truly warm, with attentive table service and meticulous attention to detail. The ambiance is also noteworthy: the restaurant has a distinct, carefully considered maritime influence. The menu is entirely seafood-based and offers both a tasting menu and the option of choosing à la carte. We opted for the latter. As an entrée, the chef offered us fish and lentil croquettes and warm, freshly baked bread. For appetizers, we chose roasted octopus, simply spectacular, and potato-stuffed squid, with a more delicate and mellow flavor. For our second course, we ordered the catch of the day cooked in a crazy water style (amberjack) and swordfish on lava stone, which in our opinion is the restaurant's true highlight: a seemingly simple preparation that releases intense and surprising flavors, almost comparable to those of a sliced ​​steak. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's important to note that this is a restaurant that focuses on creative flair, so it doesn't offer traditional seafood cuisine, but rather a modern and personal reinterpretation.
