Since 2023 - discovered by a lucky coincidence - we have been regular guests at the Aqua Pazza, we are in Lignano 3-4 times a year for 4-5 days and always eat at the Aqua Pazza and it is always a CULINARY EXPERIENCE, super friendly and attentive service, really great food with creative creations, ... it feels like eating with friends, for us the best restaurant in Lignano and the surrounding area 🥰 we use every opportunity to visit and are always looking forward to seeing you again with CULINARY HIGHLIGHTS 😍

We have been in Lignano Sabbiadoro for 2 years now, this is really the best pizzeria in the district and we will keep coming here. But when we ordered pizza, we waited 5 minutes and then they said something was wrong, they apologized and then they quickly brought the pizza and as an apology they brought us lemon sorbetto, it was amazing and the pizza was on the level of Neapolitan, I definitely recommend coming here and I will come here again) <3

The Neapolitan-style pizza dough was good, speckled, but perhaps a bit too much, especially on the bottom. The ingredients on top were mediocre: pickled artichokes, cold rice-style ham strips, unremarkable mushrooms, and rubbery, slightly heavy mozzarella. Plenty of tables, a somewhat chaotic atmosphere with a huge dining room like a typical seaside pizzeria. Service was quick, however, except for the coffee; the wine was served a tad cold. The tablecloths and dishes were good, the bread a bit salty, and the €3.50 cover charge was excessive.

Two evenings, one pizza and one fish, perfect. Great quality, food prepared with care and professionalism. Discovered by chance, it quickly became a Lignano staple, a cut above the industrial restaurants in the area.
Highly recommended.

Abbiamo mangiato delle ottime pizze con impasto croccante e digeribile e con ingredienti di qualità. Servizio veloce anche se molto affollato. Prezzi nella media per una località turistica. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare anche i piatti di pesce del ristorante che sembravano molto invitanti.

¡Excelente lugar! Estando con mis amigos me di cuenta de este lugar particular en Lgnano. Notamos la excelente prisa de los camareros al hacernos decidir por los platos típicos italianos que ofrecía la carta. Digamos que la pizza llegó casi antes que el menú, lo que ayudó a que nuestra memoria fuera rápida y veloz (¡duré más aquí que en la cama!). El personal, aunque no habíamos reservado, nos ayudó a elegir una mesa, que estaba entre otras mesas vacías. Fue absurdo pedirnos que bebiéramos como esponjas a pesar de que teníamos 13 años, ¡yo diría que son muy irónicos y bromean con el público! NB: Recomiendo el lugar por su rapidez, ¡para decirles que pasé más tiempo buscando las palabras para esta reseña que comiendo y pidiendo!
