I honestly expected much more. For second courses they only offer baked fish with vegetables and potatoes. The raw meat was inexplicably drowned in oil. Good first courses, good wine list. You are definitely paying for the welcoming and attentive service, the elegant room and the intimate environment. For what you spend, expectations must rightly be higher.

My boyfriend took me to this restaurant for my birthday, totally as a surprise... and it was a wonderful surprise! We opted for the tasting menu, with the very famous tortellino. One of the best tortellini I've ever eaten... even though I was almost full and still halfway through the menu, I was tempted to ask for an encore! All of excellent quality, don't miss the raw fish. Relaxing and romantic atmosphere, we really felt at ease. Qualified staff, we relied on the maître to choose the wine and he really amazed us We will happily return See you soon!

26/04/2025: Every time I go back I always wonder why it doesn't have a Michelin star yet, because from the service to the food everything is almost perfect. Even the furniture; although the series of ancient Roman style busts could make it slip into kitsch, it instead gives it a touch of class. The à la carte proposal is excellent with land and sea dishes where the quality of the product is enhanced by the chef with innovative proposals, even if there always remains a connection to the local cuisine. High-level wine list, with important labels. The selection of spirits is amazing with a real gem in the Bas Armagnac Dartigalongue. A real pleasure to be guided in the choice of wine.
25/04/2025: Beautiful experience, very welcoming and refined environment, impeccable service, sublime food, a little expensive but worth it!! Well done to all the staff..
