We tried to book without success. Reading the reviews, we were aware that we would have to show up directly and wait, so we armed ourselves with patience. However, we heard that someone else had managed to book, which left us a little confused.
We arrived at 8.30pm and were told the wait would be around 50 minutes. Unfortunately, we actually waited an hour and a half standing, in the rain and without any cover. Luckily we were in good company and chatted, but the lack of a bench or a minimum of comfort made itself felt, especially for my back. It is definitely not a place suitable for children or elderly people.
Once seated, we were informed that one of the two ovens had been out of order since the beginning of the evening, which caused further delays. We were asked if we wanted an appetizer, warning us that the wait for the pizza would be another 40 minutes. After all that time, a small gesture like offering even just some breadsticks would have been greatly appreciated.
We finally ate at 11pm. However, the pizza is excellent, authentic, just like in Naples. The dessert was also good. The place is tastefully furnished and welcoming, but it is only recommended if you have a lot of time, patience and no problem standing for long periods. We parked at Biosapori.
In conclusion, the exaggerated waiting time and the absence of certainties make it difficult to return a second time. Maybe it's worth trying for lunch, with a reservation.

Special! The best eaten in the last 50 years, not even Naples can compete! Compliments! The only inconvenience is the telephone which rings endlessly and as we don't accept reservations in the evening it would be best to turn it off.

Stata ieri sera nel nuovo locale. Avevamo prenotato ma cmq abbiamo aspettato il tavolo come gli altri. Pizza molto buona, ma nel locale c'era un rumore pazzesco in sottofondo. Appena ci hanno preso le tazzine del caffè ci hanno presentato il conto e ci hanno invitato ad andare perché c'era gente che aspettava.

Pranzo di lavoro. locale piccolo ma molto accogliente. Ottima la pizza, rapidità e professionalità dello staff. Pizza tradizionale ma anche con ingredienti più ricercati. Lievitazione perfetta e impasto digeribile.
