Pizzeria with a wide variety of pizzas made with fresh ingredients. The pizza is very light and the dough is very balanced. Maybe a bit of a wait, but the quality of the pizza was worth it. Located in a quiet area, not far from the center. Prices are moderately high. I recommend it 👌

Pizze sempre eccellenti e con ingredienti locali di qualità. Ogni anno torno con la mia famiglia ed è come tornare in un porto sicuro. Personale molto competente e di una cortesia rara che ti fa sentire coccolato. L’ultima volta ho provato la pizza Special e vi posso dire che tiene fede al nome!

Pizza senza glutine ottima (Champignon 2.0) e anche il resto delle pietanze che abbiamo preso era tutto di ottima qualità ( pizza chips, burrata e tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi)

The best mortadella and pistachio pizzas I've ever eaten, along with the other one with capugliato and bell peppers... washed down with a fantastic Sicilian beer 😎 Enjoy your meal 💪🏻

For me, Arqua e farina is the best pizzeria in Modica. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and a crispy, thin crust. The toppings are sometimes extravagant and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended

It was a real surprise! After trying four of the most renowned pizzerias in Modica, none of them had ever convinced me until I came across Acqua e Farina! The product is enhanced, excellent pizza both in the dough and in the toppings and the price is more than fair. I left the place really satisfied!

Marika poi è la mia salvezza ❤️ Riesce sempre ad abbinare i miei gusti sempre indecisi, ma mi consiglia sempre il sublime. Ragazzi siete fortissimi e fantastici!

09/01/2025: We had a wonderful experience at this place, both for lunch and breakfast the next day! The owner was incredibly friendly, flexible, and attentive to all our requests (and we had quite a few!). The food quality and variety were exactly what we were looking for and suited our taste perfectly. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for the delicious meals!
