For me, Arqua e farina is the best pizzeria in Modica. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and a crispy, thin crust. The toppings are sometimes extravagant and incredibly delicious. Highly recommended

It was a real surprise! After trying four of the most renowned pizzerias in Modica, none of them had ever convinced me until I came across Acqua e Farina! The product is enhanced, excellent pizza both in the dough and in the toppings and the price is more than fair. I left the place really satisfied!

The restaurant is in the center of the city of Modica. The pizzas are excellent and the products are quality. Try the water and flour pizza with multigrain dough, tasty and very light.

It's hard to find a place like this in Chiaramonte Gulfi itself – there's no need to rush to the top, because the center, while charming, is all cafes. However, this restaurant is excellent. Plenty of staff, all interested, friendly, and smiling. Despite being quite busy, the wait was short. Even though it wasn't on the menu, we easily got delicious spaghetti, as requested, with incredibly flavorful meat. The pizza was on a perfect crust. Amazing toppings – top-quality potato chips and French fries. Coperto €3 per person. The professional decor, taste, and tasteful interior design create an atmosphere. You feel like you're in a top-class establishment. Just entering the restaurant is impressive. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I look forward to my next visit – this time to try more dishes. I absolutely recommend this place.

14/05/2025: Cozy and comfortable place, kind and knowledgeable staff, but above all super tasty and good sandwiches, I highly recommend it to everyone.
06/05/2025: Excellent sandwiches, some are expensive but worth it!!! a flaw? Reservations after 7.30pm and those who eat early are penalised.
