Federico, the owner, really makes the difference: he welcomes you, passes to the tables, passionately explains what you are about to taste and tells the story behind each dish. It's not the usual impersonal chain: here there is customer care in every detail. Food - Freshly prepared sushi, well-calibrated rice and fish of remarkable quality. - Homemade ravioli: spectacular! Fresh, soft, with a tasty filling that has nothing to do with the defrosted ravioli often found elsewhere. This alone is worth the visit. - Varied menu (even hot options) but without the "infinite list" effect that makes you fear the blast chiller. Prices Incredibly competitive compared to nearby restaurants: you pay less and eat much better. The quality-price ratio is one of the best I have encountered. Service & atmosphere Nice, clean place, discreet background music. The rhythm of the courses is precise and relaxed: no interminable waiting, no dishes piled up on the table. With Federico always within sight, everything goes smoothly.
