Acqua e Farina In Empoli

28/01/2025: I can only give 5 stars but I wish I could give more... Excellent food, excellent quality of products, the chef knows what he is doing. Olympia? Wonderful hostess, from the first moment we entered she made us feel at ease and every time we go it's like we were at a friend's house. We had the pleasure of meeting her daughter and the girl who works on Sunday lunch and we can only say that they are two fantastic and very talented girls. I highly recommend it, the food is good and they make you feel at home... I wish him all the best that life can give him.

04/01/2025: I was in this restaurant on Saturday evening... small business but very high quality fish. Honest quality/price ratio. Only flaw (a piece of advice). I took the tagliolini with red prawn tartare. Here on the menu it says red prawn but in reality I received a prawn tartare. Apart from this flaw, overall everything was fine
