We had been to this pizzeria several times with friends from Messina, one of the best. We arrived later than the booking time, but they still welcomed us with a smile and thanks to this we didn't find excessive confusion. We ordered various pizzas, tasting more than one. In my opinion, the lactic acid Margherita with added cherry tomatoes is truly special. A delight. A small note goes to the edge of the pizzas, which without filling is excessively large. The beers are excellent, especially the flavored ones from the brewmaster. Thanks for your courtesy. 💗

Modern and comfortable environment. Excellent food: fresh, good and expertly packaged. Dough professionals, worthy of this art. The chemical formula C³H⁶O³ refers to lactic acid, the main player in leavening. Particularly elaborate and seasoned pizzas. Prices normal. Booking is required.

Truly delicious!
I went to this place with my girlfriend and friends, I must say that we had a very good time. The pizzas are really very good, we found them very much to our liking, on the food side we are very satisfied. On the service side a little less, we went on a Sunday and there was a lot of confusion, understanding the crowd and the people who kept coming in it happened that we had to ask several times to take our order or in general call the staff. However, the place is very good and very satisfying. I recommend it, perhaps if you want to enjoy the evening better, choose a day that is not very crowded.

There isn't much to say: it really is one of the best pizzerias in Catania. Special flavors with studied combinations: praise to the staff who also recommended valid alternatives when they realized that we hadn't noticed we were about to order a very spicy pizza!
Reservations are required: we went on a Tuesday (with reservations) and still waited a few minutes for a table, with the queue stretching outside.
