By far the best pizza of our entire Sicily trip!
We spent two weeks traveling around Sicily – in Palermo, Catania, Syracuse, Taormina, Ragusa, and Noto – and not a single pizza even came close to this one. Acido Lattico was an absolute highlight for us: incredibly delicious, perfectly baked, fantastic ingredients, and a dough that's simply heavenly.
It was so good that at the end of our vacation, we drove all the way back to Catania just to eat pizza there again. That pretty much says it all.
Our highest recommendation and a clear 5 stars!

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff efficient. The food is excellent, featuring rare specialties in the area, such as the thin, crispy fries similar to San Carlo and, above all, the lactic acid pizza with a light, high-quality crust. My colleagues and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner after the classical concert, where we worked hard with our students, and this meal and moment of sharing was truly rejuvenating!!!

Undoubtedly a good experience! The food is excellent and high-quality, and they have a wide selection for those with food intolerances. They could just improve the speed of ordering a little and fix some minor communication issues. However, it's a minor issue that probably only happened to us. Again, an experience worth repeating.

I've been coming to this pizzeria for years, and it's, without a doubt, the best ever.
The pizzas are always exceptional: perfect dough, quality ingredients, and a truly impeccable gluten-free option, indistinguishable from the traditional version.
You can see the passion and attention to every detail.
The only thing that could be improved, perhaps, is the location, a bit stuffy and less welcoming than others, but the quality of the pizzas more than makes up for it.
A must-try for those who love pizza made properly.
