I'll start by saying that the food wasn't bad. What bothered me most was the service. It felt like the lady and the staff were annoyed by our presence. The food arrived in installments, and if you tried to ask what had happened to the meatballs, they got annoyed and acted "nice." It's a shame. I understand the chaos, the heat, and the large number of tables, but a little more kindness would have improved the experience.

We went to try the horse meet, it was good, we also tried pork rolls and a salad every thing was good. We had wine. The atmosphere is more like street food, very popular less touristic. We liked it. We payed 25 euros.

A traditional, rustic trattoria, perfect for experiencing the authentic Catanian lifestyle. We ordered a mix of main courses, so we could sample different flavors. We recommend the main courses over the first courses; the pasta we ordered had a lot of broth/sauce, so we mopped up the sauce a lot (delicious). Highly recommended!

Excellent horsemeat lunch!! The meatballs and tomato 🍅 and onion 🧅 salad were delicious!! I'll be craving them again 😢

Amazing street food! Amazing, tasty grilled meat... a buffet of delicious Sicilian side dishes, friendly, helpful staff... and above all, one of the few places where, despite being tourists, we weren't ripped off with the prices! Kudos to Mr. Nuccio and Mrs. Agata, who welcomed us as if they'd known us all their lives!
We recommend it to everyone for a truly authentic Sicilian experience that's a must-try!

Podría parecer un restaurante un poco de mala muerte a primera vista, pero la calidad de la comida es excelente y el precio es muy razonable. Tuvimos un tazón grande de ensalada, penne alla Norma, espagueti carbonara, filete de caballo a la parrilla y salchicha, albóndigas planas. Todo tan abundante y sabroso. Su casa roja que se sirve frío, realmente combinaba con todos estos platos rústicos. Si te apetece probar la carne de caballo (sin olor en absoluto, solo tierna) , te recomiendo esta trattoria familiar.
