The quality of the horse meat is excellent! Among the best on Via Plebiscito. I highly recommend it. We went on a Monday evening and there was no line to sit down.

The Achille and Re Carlo V restaurants are hands down the best horse meat restaurants in Catania. Everything is delicious, the prices are super fair, and the owners are incredibly kind and hardworking.

Il posto è molto local e il personale è stato molto cortese con noi! Il menù offre principalmente carne, sopratutto rinomato per quella di cavallo. Infatti io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo assaggiato la carne alla piastra, e la polpetta di cavallo con Philadelphia e pistacchio… era divina!! I prezzi decisamente bassi rispetto alla media, e anche se la location e il servizio sono abbastanza basici noi siamo stati molto bene! Consigliato se volete assaggiare carne di cavallo buona e provare un posto non turistico.

Location classica da trattoria... Gentilezza e cortesia in primis... Ci siamo andati per la carne di cavallo che era ottima... Prezzi modici... Consiglio vivamente a chi si trova in zona di andarci
