Finalmente me armé de valor para comer carne de caballo y al preguntar a los amigos sobre a qué restaurante ir, todos mencionaron Achile. Fue relativamente fácil conseguir una mesa, aunque tuvimos una espera muy corta ya que el lugar estaba ocupado. Sin embargo, una vez que estábamos sentados, nos atendieron rápidamente. Pedimos filete de caballo, hamburguesa de caballo (con relleno de queso crema pistacho) , pasta y ensalada. La comida era más que suficiente. Nuestra carne estaba tierna y jugosa, con un sabor muy agradable. Ahora sé que la carne de caballo sabe mucho a carne de res. De hecho, si no supiera que estoy comiendo carne de caballo, diría que estoy comiendo carne de res!
