Carlo's pizza must be tried, a little chat and a lot of skill. The product that Achiazz offers does not compromise. The pasta omelettes offered in various flavors are also top-notch. You should create a Fidelity Card with a 50% discount for Friends (note this with a capital A). Shall we think about it a bit since it's a crisis? :-) Great Carlo! Greetings to all the staff!

15/02/2024: A special Valentine's Day at Elena's restaurant. Welcoming place and friendly owners. Impeccable service. The dishes are well presented with excellent raw materials. You can sense the research in finding niche products in the area. Of note are the spaghetti with clams and sprinkles of bottarga and fried fish with very fresh ingredients, crunchy and above all light. It is worth tasting the octopus tentacles on a potato mousse with giardiniera. A pleasant discovery and a further visit to taste the other dishes on the menu. A small jewel in Aprilia catering.
