Acciuga In Roma

Era da anni che volevamo andare in questo ristorante e oggi se ci chiedessero di ritornare, risponderemo di no. Il menù non è male, la materia prima è di qualità e si sente, ma non ci ha stupito. Lo definiremo un po’ banale, piatto e non adeguato al prezzo che si spende. Abbiamo preso i supplì di Federico, la piada con l’acciuga, i quadrucci e gli strozzapreti. In verità, avevamo ordinato anche una fritturina, ma non è mai arrivata perché non hanno trasmesso alla cucina la comanda. La vera nota dolente, infatti, è stata il servizio. Nonostante fossimo arrivati prima delle 20, abbiamo atteso circa 20 minuti per avere il menù, in quanto stavano aggiornando la carta dei vini…hanno dimenticato un piatto e non ricordavano tutti gli abbinamenti oltre che i dolci disponibili. Abbiamo avuto in sostanza un’impressione di approssimazione non confacente al tono che si vuole dare il locale.

Fresh seafood dishes cooked to perfection, with creativity. Quiet, basically elegant, clean environment. The chef is welcoming, the service is conducted with kindness and confidentiality.

Restaurant with considerable potential but with some points to improve. Quality raw materials and well-prepared dishes but many inaccuracies in the service and menu. There is an attempt to offer a high-level experience but it is important to understand that it also starts from the empathy of the staff and not just from the vision of the chef. Absurd not to have beer. Prices above average

I'm just telling you that when I want to celebrate with my wife, the only place that makes us feel special sensations is Acciuga Spectacular food, excellent service, warm welcome You can't find anything better in Rome

The best fish restaurant I have ever tasted. A sensorial experience that never disappoints. The fish is very fresh, the chef is an artist. I have no words to describe it

Ottima meteria prima, piatti ben eseguiti ed equilibrati, ambiente rilassato. Tutto bene se non fosse per i prezzi, non giustificati né da complessità di esecuzione, né da presentazione, né da materia prima "nobile" (scelta eticamente apprezzabile l'utilizzo di pesci di piccola taglia, a cui deve però corrispondere un prezzo coerente). A titolo di esempio, non si possono far pagare 24€ 4 micro supplì della dimensione di un boccone ciascuno. Inoltre, amouse bouche insignificante e assenza di pre dessert e piccola pasticceria (preciso che abbiamo ordinato un pasto completo alla carta). Carta dei vini troppo limitata.

It was excellent, pleasant service, just a good place to eat

I went to this restaurant for the first time last week together with a friend who already knew it. It was a special Thursday evening where they had organized a nice social table. What can I say, the very pleasant company and welcoming environment, together with amazing food and wines... I had a wonderful evening! I really appreciated the raw fish and the cod with green curry, not to mention the lemon panna cotta which pleasantly surprised me with a slight bitter note given by the gentian. Wines well paired with the dishes, from small wineries that I didn't know and that I wanted to note. Also positive note about the professional staff and the chef who came to the table to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely be back!
