I didn't know the existence of this natural gastronomy and ice cream shop in Perugia. I was attracted by the name and decided to enter. The environment is simple and friendly, the owner is a respectable man, endowed with solid values ​​and a broad interdisciplinary and holistic knowledge. The cuisine is natural, simple in a good way and very attentive to the origin and quality of the products. You can also find vegan/vegetarian preparations and the ice cream is delicious and genuine. The food is good, clean and fair. It's not just a deli that sells food. It is a social, ecological and philosophical project. As a university student and gastronome I learned many things from the owner Claudio. In his project there is soul, passion and a clear vision. Regenerative or natural agriculture, as it is called today, is the future and Claudio is a conscious spokesperson and an active witness. I recommend this place to all people who wish to rediscover the true spirit of the Mediterranean diet, so often celebrated, but increasingly rare in restaurants or common delicatessens. I will gladly return.

WOW! JUST WOW! My partner and I found this place randomly on the side of the road, thought we'd look inside for some lunch, and OH MY, how incredible it was! All natural and organic food, fair trade products, everything clean, fresh, and delicious :) I am gluten intollerant and have some food allergies, and we're both vegetarian. This place FAR exceeded our expectations, and we were blown away by the options and the high quality of food for a fair price, especially the GELATO! I had lentil soup, daikon and carrots, pumpkin, and black rice with vegetables, and my partner tried all that and arancini that were vegan, with peas and rice. We ended our meal with the incredible artisinal gelato. I had the dairy-free chocolate fondente and tried the orange, pumpkin, and carrot one that reminded me of carrot cake. It was some of the best gelato I ever had! We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Claudio, who organizes for Slow Food Perugia. He is truly passionate about his work and knows how to bring the insightful ideas about good, clean, and fair food into reality. We definitely will be coming back here many more times and even ordering delivery. We wish the gelato could be shipped XD ! If you're in Perugia, please don't miss this place!
