What you will see below is the review made a few months ago, I am here to confirm that despite the change of location, not only have they maintained a stratospheric quality, they have also improved the services, such as the QR code menu which I recommended below, now there is it is a fantastic bistro worthy of Acireale, I hope that the square fully understands the philosophy of the place. Here too, top marks with the awareness that more can be done and go beyond the limits. I would like to point out that the notes only serve the manager to improve small aspects that could take him to another level. We find ourselves walking along the street, when we find ourselves intrigued by the glow of a starry sky... we enter and discover this private and intimate place, even if we don't find anyone at the entrance to the place (personally someone outside wants us, a simple sign is not enough seen the long courtyard) we are welcomed into this nice place, with soft lights (here we asked ourselves if they are geniuses or not, since we couldn't see the dishes very well, we concentrated more on the senses) the idea of the place is very nice, even if it needs a bit of fixing (damaged glass, the starry sky that half didn't work, the back wall with the dangling railing covers) we were brought the menus, which they could fix with a simple qr-code, rather than with many sheets, or arrange the paper menu in a more suitable way. Let's move on to the food, a rich aperitif made of fresh things made on the spot with an exceptional non-alcoholic cocktail (I forgot to take photos, mea culpa) and a beef burger with fried provola cheese, bacon, caramelized Tropea onion, juicy and delicious. To finish, the superlative desserts, a chocolate cheesecake and a magnificent warm pistachio cake with cream and ice cream. The service was excellent, although staffing needs to be strengthened. We will definitely be back to try other delights.
