We had high expectations, having eaten there once before. Unfortunately, the evening didn't go as we'd hoped.
The pizzas were beyond comment; the dough—worthy of the name—never arrived at the table.
The desserts were good, but we had to wait too long for them in a nearly empty restaurant, as can happen on a Tuesday evening.
Too bad...the staff is courteous and the place is beautiful, but that alone isn't enough.

On Sunday, I attended a brunch where there was live music and a dancing area (swing music). There were three of us and two children under 3, and we had a great time. The food was good, the service was prompt, and despite the crowds and the music, the place was well soundproofed, and everything was more than pleasant.

I had a really delicious beef tagliata with sautéed vegetables, accompanied by a Montepulciano wine brought directly from the kitchen to the table. I didn't really like this; the wine should be served at the table.

Excellent restaurant in the new Quadraro district, tried for the first time with great satisfaction for lunch.
Very interesting menu and good wine list.
The coccetto, a tasty dish considered a sort of mini fish soup, composed of scampi, octopus, gurnard, and toasted bread for the customary mopping up of the fish, was a huge hit.
For the first course, we chose the tonnarello alla gricia with artichokes, pork cheek, and pecorino cheese, a decidedly hearty and challenging dish, and the spaghetti with baby squid, fragrant and flavorful.
For the second course, we opted for cod with cherry tomatoes and Taggiasca olives, and for the more adventurous, saffron mopping up of the fish, and an intriguing abanico iberico, which is nothing more than Spanish suckling pig cooked at 60 degrees Celsius, with cocoa butter and whisky-marinated pears.
A good Frascati DOCG helped and cheered the dispersal of the aforementioned dishes in our respective stomachs.
To finish, a gianduja tile for dessert, coffee, and a comforting grappa. Bravo, Chef Alessio.
The price was reasonable, and the service was quick and courteous. We'll definitely be back.

I'm returning to this place after two years, and unfortunately I have to say that today's experience was worse than the last time...
First of all, the staff was kind, but disorganized and inattentive: we had to remind them of several things, like changing empty water bottles, providing glasses for the sparkling wine toast, and, since it was a birthday and they knew about it, especially the writing on the cake... I've never seen a birthday cake served without a writing... a terrible impression (later, at our invitation, they put a "handmade" Nutella writing on it, even worse than the plain cake).
It's also absurd that we'd ordered vegan desserts to be served at the same time as the cake, and, wow... they were brought from outside, complete with a bag, 10 minutes after the cake was served, obviously at our request: clearly forgotten and purchased on the spot somewhere...
The food was average, and the music was too loud to allow for quiet conversation between diners.
