Excellent butcher's shop in Novoli, Palazzi Rossi area. Fantastic raw materials, excellent meat. Super friendly staff and always available to help with choices.

20/05/2025: Authentic, delicious, very happy we stopped here. Thank you to Bangarang for being so rude that we left and found this place instead. Much better food and hospitality. Baked goat cheese was amazing, explosive flavor. Please try this! Pici with beef ragu was the best pasta dish we had in the last week in Tuscany. The steak we shared was absolutely delicious. One of the most tender, and flavorful steaks we had in Tuscany as well.
