Best piazzas and the salads. The veggies were fresh and the condiments were all excellent. Good quality balsamic and olive oil. Be sure to ask for hot oil if you like your pizza spicy.

I had never been there and it was a great discovery. The pizza is phenomenal. We had placed the order for a certain time but then we arrived early and they were very kind to put them down right away. The atmosphere is very nice and I liked the wooden stools, but I hate stairs

Despite the sudden change of table that they made us do after sitting down, it was a good culinary experience
The pizza in a pan was excellent, even if the red one was very salty
The possibility of taking 1 liter of beer was great, but it arrived with 10 cl less. We had it filled to the right level (otherwise what's the point of taking 1 liter, to save money, if it arrives not full?)
It's a shame that the outdoor area is practically on the street, but it's much better than dining inside, where there was an impressive noise pollution, knowing that all the tables were full

After a long time I returned to eat a gluten-free pizza, and I must say that the experience offered by I Dissonanti went far beyond my expectations. Although I am not celiac, I have a slight intolerance to gluten and refined flours, and I am used to alternative doughs that often turn out dry, crumbly or too compact. Here, however, I found what I can define without hesitation as the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten.
The dough is surprisingly soft, well leavened and with a pleasantly elastic consistency, which holds the toppings perfectly without "going mushy". The cooking is impeccable, with the right balance between crunchiness and softness. The choice of ingredients is also of the highest quality, from tomatoes to mozzarella, through cold cuts and very fresh vegetables.
Another very appreciable aspect is the wide selection of gluten-free beers, which is far from obvious, alongside non-alcoholic beers and the classic traditional options. An attention that demonstrates a concrete sensitivity towards those with particular dietary needs, without making them feel "different".
The place is well-kept, welcoming and the service is attentive, courteous and well-informed about gluten-free options, an element that always makes the difference when dealing with food intolerances or sensitivities.
I highly recommend I Dissonanti not only to those who follow a gluten-free diet, but also to those who are simply curious to discover an alternative dough made with skill and passion. A virtuous example of how inclusive cuisine can also be extremely tasty.

Siamo stati in questa pizzeria per una cena di classe, eravamo in 11 compreso il nostro professore di chimica e chimica organica. Direi che ottimo è un voto certo. Pizza molto buona, ben lievitata e ben cotta, buono lo spritz, ottima la zuppa inglese finale. Voto 10 e lode. Complimenti. Bravissimi.
