Erano un po di mesi che mon andavo e devo dire che mi sono sempre trovato bene con la pizza e il servizio. Ho notato pero un netto aumento prezzi .
Questo dispiace perche a meno altrove trovo pizza equivalente.
La proprieta dovrebbe a mio giudizio farci un ragionamento.

Really good pizzeria in the center of Modena. Efficient service and reasonable prices. Have a separate business for take-away tens of meters away. All pizzas can be ordered gluten free - they are prepared in a separate kitchen!

I took two vegan margherita pizzas to take away: one regular and one wholemeal. The dough is really delicious, as is the vegan cheese. The next time I'm in Modena, I will absolutely come here again. The only thing is that they didn't cut my pizzas, which I considered a basic thing. But anyway, next time I'll make sure to ask 🙌
P.S. Excellent price, to say the least, 7 euros for a vegan pizza is better than many places I've been to here in Italy!

Excellent pizza integrale. Fluffy wholemeal dough from the wood-fired oven. We had the pizza Modena and Genoese. Only recommended. Even gluten-free pizzas are offered

Very good food, the service is pitiful, a lot of rush for you to eat and leave quickly. Still chewing I was already

The food was generally very good but the service was rather bad.
We went twice, the first time they practically kicked us out of the restaurant. They took our plates and gave us the ticket without asking, plus the cooks and waiters were waiting for us to leave and it was only 11:15 p.m. when it says on the door that they close at 12:00 p.m.
The second time, they picked up our half-eaten plates, with the salad in half and offering us dessert at 2:00 p.m. when it says on the door that they close at 3:00 p.m.
I repeat, the food was very good but the service was pitiful with the restaurant practically empty.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare recentemente presso I Dissonanti a Modena.
Ho ordinato la pizza "Mare Nostrum", che era davvero squisita. L'impasto era leggero e digeribile, con il giusto grado di croccantezza. I condimenti erano freschi e di alta qualità, e la pizza era davvero ricca di sapore.
Purtroppo, a causa di una tavolata numerosa, non ho avuto modo di provare i dolci o altri piatti del menu. Tuttavia, ho visto passare dei piatti molto invitanti, e sono sicuro che anche la cucina non deluda.
Se siete a Modena e cercate una pizza eccellente, I Dissonanti è il posto giusto per voi!
