What can I say... there are very few places like this. Research and passion combine to create a menu that, in my opinion, has character and perfectly blends seasonality and quality. Innovation is the watchword that drives this little gem in Centocelle. The staff is highly qualified and friendly. Definitely worth a try!

A surprising experience. Excellent ingredients enhance the flavors without overwhelming them. The service is attentive and friendly, the atmosphere welcoming. The desserts are also excellent. A must-try for those who love Roman cuisine and want to discover it from a new, more contemporary perspective. Delicious!

Traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist. This is usually the destination of pompous and disappointing restaurants, but not here!
