Excellent quality pizzeria offering pizzas and trapizzini that are absolutely worth trying: in addition to the fixed ones on the menu (amazing chicken Cacciatora!) there are also special ones including the bagnapò with a very tasty sauce and very soft meat! Very friendly and helpful staff and the food arrives in record time! Absolutely recommended!

The pizzas are very good and the menu is varied. The staff is friendly, but the service is a bit slow. Simple but welcoming atmosphere, prices are honest. The cacio e pepe pizza is a little too "stringy" and heavy but overall it's good, I would have liked to see it cooked with ice. Recommended!

Very attentive and friendly service, the fried food is very good, the pizza is not one of my favorites as the crust is too high. Prices over 30 euros per person, including beer, sweet and bitter.

The margherita is good, the Vesuviana overcooked. The noise coming from the bathroom of the flow hand dryer was very annoying

I tried this pizzeria after years remembering it had just opened but it did not confirm expectations. Good fried food, friendly staff, good trappizzini. Pizza a little chewy and heavy. Even though it was a midweek tadpole, they sent take-out orders ahead.... I won't go back.

31/07/2024: If you are looking for a restaurant where you can eat well, be served kindly and pay the right amount, the "vecchia frasca" is the right place. Located a stone's throw from the main square of Frascati. In addition to the classic dishes of Roman cuisine, it offers interesting variations and reinterpretations. Usually the menu can vary based on the availability of raw materials. The staff is kind and discreet. The owner is at the stove and this is a guarantee. I highly recommend it.
22/07/2024: The food is excellent from the tagliatelle to the saltinbocca, minus the kebabs, some of the ten served had some harder pieces. The house appetizer is superb with various hot and cold delicacies with cold cuts and olives. Courteous and kind staff attentive to customer requests. An environment that suffers a little in the heat, remedied with a large fan. Prices are normal.
