Excellent pizzas and bread! Excellent leavening, excellent rolling, and excellent baking. A very thoughtful menu with a decent selection of local products. The atmosphere is simple, yet authentic and welcoming, with great potential.

I bought some dough this morning to make pizza at home. The dough is excellent and, above all, easy to digest. The multigrain dough is amazing. I'll definitely be back for pizza at the restaurant. Congratulations!

I eat everything with my eyes as soon as I enter, excellent desserts (including leavened ones) and delicious pizzas, always friendly staff, it feels like being at home... their creations are always the top, starting with the carefully chosen raw materials. They don't need reviews, whatever you eat at Abellinum it's all fresh!
