ABC - Apulian Bistrot In Ostuni

We stumbled upon this bistro by chance and had a pretty good meal: The frise were spectacular (I recommend the one with eggplant, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes). The orecchiette with tomato and burrata were neither good nor bad. The price is average, but if you have to go, stock up on their appetizers.

It was okay. Unfortunately, nothing more. The food was okay. The wine was okay. Some of the staff were friendly, some not so much. All in all, just okay.

Everything was delicious, especially the first courses.

A wonderful discovery while strolling through the narrow streets of Ostuni!!!! A special mention for the welcome and helpfulness!!!! I highly recommend the bombettes; they are to die for. A warm welcome, fresh and tasty cuisine, and a reasonable price!!! A must-do if you're in the area

ABC Bistro is a charming place in Ostuni, very well located and with a space that invites you to linger. The atmosphere is local and relaxed, perfect if you're on vacation and want to eat without rushing. The service is a little slow, but it matches the relaxed pace. We tried two types of orecchiette: the orecchiette al sugo with burrata, which was a bit softer, and the orecchiette imperdibili, which was more al dente and more delicious and authentic. Overall, the pasta was good, though not impressive. The focaccia was tasty, but too oily and seemed reheated. The bread was completely negligible. The weakest part were the desserts: the cheesecake didn't seem homemade and wasn't convincing. In short, a pleasant place with local charm, ideal for enjoying the Ostuni atmosphere, although the food could be improved, especially the desserts.

A place to relax and share good food with friends. A refined, simple menu, with aromas and flavors that delight the palate. Despite the tiredness, the staff was attentive, friendly, and empathetic. It's a joy to find quality and courtesy in a place run by young entrepreneurs.

Lovely little restaurant just inside the walls of the town. Great choice on menu and my first chance to try Spaghetti All'assassina - very tasty. Very friendly service, relaxed pace without the usual rush in more touristy restaurants.

ABC Apulian Bistrot, una garanzia. Ho scelto questo posto qualche anno fa perché era originale. Ma dopo esserci stato la prima volta, la cordialità del personale, i piatti buoni e genuini e il posto “incantevole” hanno fatto sì che l’ABC Apulian Bistrot, rientra tra le cose da fare ogni qual volta si torna a Brindisi. Attenzione però, può creare dipendenza! Ottima la selezione dei vini locali e super la ricercatezza dei gin (alcuni locali da provare assolutamente ). Consigliatissimo!
