I have been last Thursday for a dinner with friends , top local menu , great service , quality price fully respected , the best restaurant in the area , very close to the house of Antonio Gramsci and the environment of Monte Arci , a super majestic Cathedral in front , you can associate a visit to Ales and a great time in the restaurant .

Every time we go to Ales we eat at this restaurant. It's good, the staff is very kind, the food is excellent and you can feel that the quality is excellent, the prices are very honest, the portions are generous. Everything we ordered was enjoyed with pleasure. The breaded egg...a real treat, I can't wait to eat it again 😋

As per practice, in the middle of the Holy Village, a year of services and services from all the staff are summed up, from the key points to the extras. The chef raises the bar of quality from week to week, with dazzling versatility in the treatment of food, from appetizers to any desserts, expert in any cooking method. The pizza chef rides the wave of continuity, a parameter that is not easy to respect especially due to existing gossip, and the presence of an assistant pizza chef who sometimes acts as a contaminating agent, rendering the aforementioned efforts in vain. In the room the number of figures continues to rise, the quality in spurts, thanks to the exotic alternation between experience, class and incompetence. The single mother, absent for a long period, returned to attend the tables with high frequency, always appearing sweet and kind, free from inaccuracies and very professional. The long-limbed girl stands out for her almost "Marquis" classy demeanor, alternating moments of kindness and courtesy with flashes of citrus acidity; there are no gaps in its work, it shows transparency and safety in its means. The veteran of the profession, the one with the attitude of a starred restaurant maître, has raised the level of the restaurant quite a bit; humorous and expert, when he is there the brigade boasts an impeccable leader. The microsomic girl with the soft cheeks, now in her second year of service at the restaurant, seems to have a synchronized script in her neurons that allows her to be impeccable to every customer's curiosity; every now and then he inadvertently steps on snail shells if he wants to nitpick... in his previous job I imagine the owners' regrets but you know, the game is good when it doesn't last long. Finally, the girl is called into question in fits and starts, mostly when necessary; very young, he is admired for his resourcefulness and audacity, a little less for his egocentrism; slight memory deficiencies when called upon to manage large tables, but overall she is on the right track. The owner occasionally comes into play in cooperation with the team, slender like few others but master of his caterpillar movements, calm and serene, he never makes mistakes in transporting and receiving orders; shows a bravado that is greatly appreciated by the customer. The summer menus were promoted, thanks also to the chef's creation: meat, fish, appetizers, raw, fried etc. in various ways, all at the limits of excellence. Complete restaurant, recommended to anyone for the choice and the service, and (why not?) also for the affordable costs.

Very comfortable place and well-trained and kind staff, the food was delicious and for what three of us ate but we ate at low prices and with plenty of product. I recommend you also eat an excellent pizza in the evening. Well done
