Pleasantly surprised. I went there with my husband on a weekday. We ate well and were served very quickly and courteously. The food was simple but good. Definitely worth trying again.

I chose this restaurant by chance, because it's conveniently located on the road. I was a little hesitant after seeing the sign at the entrance offering "lunch for €12." Instead, it was a delightful discovery. The staff were truly friendly and attentive. The location is charming and well-kept. They offer a short menu, with the option of choosing à la carte or a set menu (lunch/dinner/starter selection, etc.). The cuisine is simple, and the quality is good. The portions are generous (the lunch menu includes a 1kg main course of fried or roasted meat, hence the name). Rather than the fried meat (which is well-prepared, but I suspect some of the ingredients are decongested), I recommend the roast, which is truly well-made and beautifully presented. The prices are very reasonable. Worth a try.

A very well-kept location just steps from the Anzio coast. Good food, generous portions, and attentive staff. Skip the appetizers; the €25.90 fixed menu is a winner. The fresh, sparkling house white wine pairs beautifully. A 9-. Well done! 👏
