A few days later I went to Tavola da Patrizia for a dinner with a friend and for a lunch with some colleagues. I had been before and had already appreciated the refined and welcoming environment, the tasty dishes prepared with quality ingredients, as well as the friendliness of the owner. It's always nice to go back.

Small, clean and very nice place.
Mrs. Patrizia, present in the room throughout the service, was friendly and super helpful!
He also showed us his small vegetable garden.
The food is really good and of high quality, I recommend the tagliolini with squid ink...

We had dinner yesterday 10/15/2024
The feeling is already very good from the outside with the chef greeting me with a big smile from behind the glass of the open kitchen/street.
Inside the environment is very intimate and simple in furnishing, the feeling is almost as if you were entering Patrizia's house.
We eat 2 appetizers of steamed courgette flowers stuffed with goat cheese, 2 plates of sliced meat and fillet with baked potatoes, 2 Pici with sausage, cheese and courgette flowers and a tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, followed by tiramisu, apple pie and a tart (I don't remember what).
According to all the diners at the table where I sat, all the dishes were very good, and I speak for my tagliolini;
Well cooked, perhaps a little dry compared to what I expected (I have eaten juicier ones) but it always depends on the type of cuisine and personal tastes, overall it is a good dish that can be eaten with gusto,

We know Patrizia who tells us that each dish is freshly prepared and nothing is made from prepared bases so as not to corrupt the nutritional properties and flavors of the food (She gives us the example of fried seafood which is cut directly at the moment before being floured and fried).
He talks to us about his love for his profession and with great pleasure we find an elegant, calm and cheerful person with whom we share a nice moment of easy chat.
The experience was very pleasant, the atmosphere is simple and intimate as I like it.
I would definitely go back to try other dishes.
P.S.
Only flaw; (quite penalizing for those like me who eat vegetarian as I could have only eaten the courgette flowers as appetizers, the gnocchi with pumpkin and taleggio cheese and the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms as first courses while unfortunately nothing as second courses)
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO INSERT SOME VEGETARIAN DISH IN THE MENU (salad is not valid 😃)
