Best bruschetta I have ever had

A restaurant located in the heart of the old town! A charming, romantic place with traditional cuisine. Delicious vegetarian dishes, friendly service! Worth a visit!

An enchanting atmosphere! The menu is delicious and with attention to the smallest details: the homemade pasta "stole" my heart... and don't miss the chef's cheesecake! Finally, our compliments to the staff, professional and welcoming. Well done!

This place embodies 120% Italy. The ambience, the excellent quality of the food, the service - it couldn't be more authentic. Perfetto!

Terrible experience!! NOT RECOMMENDED!! I spent a romantic evening with my husband and I arrived there for a video seen on #tiktok...... The only thing I liked was the location, very suggestive as it is in the old and historic part of Scalea. We started with a house appetizer, suggested by the staff (photos of which I attach), honestly nothing special. After which we waited 1 hour and a half for a mixed grill which I didn't like at all (I also left 1 of the 3, i.e. the sausage)..... Honestly, I wouldn't go back at all and I wouldn't recommend it. Let me start by saying that in the only functioning room there were only 7 tables.... So not a crowded evening. Last I would add, you can't have dinner for an entire evening with their dog running around continuously under the tables, disturbing (I'm speaking to the dog owner who was with me.... So I LOVE animals) the nearby tables were ALL of the same opinion due to the wait. I'm sorry but it was highly valued and I was enchanted... There is better out there!!!

It was a great discovery!...it is located in the historic center of Scalea which is a little jewel...eat genuine food, all homemade like the food of the past and a truly unique location...very nice waiters and also their mascot Spike...I highly recommend it

Immersa nel borgo antico di Scalea vecchia, la location è davvero suggestiva. Raggiungibile sia in auto (con piccolo parcheggio pubblico a circa 150 metri), sia a piedi con un percorso in salita di circa 10/15 minuti tra i vicoli del borgo. Il servizio è cordiale, piacevole e in linea con lo stile della Taverna. I tempi di attesa ( 3^ settimana di agosto) sono stati accettabili e ben compensati da una buona cucina casalinga/tipica. Prezzo da taverna, a mio parere corretto. Vale la pena andarci c anche se non è in centro!

Ristorante situato nel centro storico di Scalea Per arrivarci bisogna camminare in salita per una decina di minuti ma ne vale la pena. Perché quando arrivi ha l'impressione che si sia fermato il tempo Per quanto riguarda quello proposto è eseguito bene e i prodotti sono assolutamente fatti in casa.
