25/04/2025: Ristorante situato all'interno del centro benessere Borgo Lanciano, offre proposte gastronomiche in grado di esaltare ingredienti semplici e genuini tipici della tradizione culinaria locale. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il tortino di broccoli con crema di pecorino e tartufo, gli gnocchetti di patate rosse di Colfiorito con zafferano, parmigiano e prosciutto croccante, la tagliata di controfiletto di black angus con cicoria ripassata. Personale estremamente professionale e cortese e ambiente curato hanno contribuito a rendere la cena un'esperienza sublime

18/02/2025: Aesthetically it is a very beautiful and welcoming restaurant, as well as the service in the room is well taken care of, and the waiting times between courses were also fair. I had the opportunity to taste the house platter as appetizers and the cured meats and cheeses present were on average good. The Marche joke was very pleasant, simple and well-balanced flavours. Regarding the first courses, the pappardelle had a good flavor but the wild boar ragù present was completely without salt. However, the stuffed cappellacci were very good, a well presented dish. Finally, as second courses, both the black angus sirloin and the Iberian "Secreto" cut met expectations, as they were cooked well and the meat was not tough to chew.
