A Rota - Pizzeria Romanesca In Roma

A good neighborhood pizzeria. Reading the various reviews, I expected to find a WOW moment that didn't quite deliver, but that's just personal preference. Refined, good-quality ingredients, excellent table service. We ordered two trios of fried foods and a Margherita pizza each.

Very cute and welcoming place. The staff was kind and helpful. The appetizers, as well as the pizza and dessert, absolutely won us over. My partner and I had been thinking about having a nice dinner at this pizzeria for a while, and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. A little tip for anyone planning to go: book well in advance.

The atmosphere is very simple; for my personal taste, it could be a little more welcoming and warm. Two of us went, and everything we ate was good and high-quality. We spent €110 for two, but on the other hand, we had seven medium beers, one frittatina, one mozzarella in carrozza, two croquettes, two classic supplì and two carbonara, two Margherita pizzas with buffalo mozzarella and anchovies, two ricotta and sour cherry desserts, two coffees, and two bitters. The Roman-style pizza was very good; I would have eaten another. If you were to be picky, you could find some small flaws; for example, the carbonara supplì was a little dry on the inside, but still good. Reservations are difficult, especially on weekends; to book for Friday, November 14th, I had to book online at midnight on Thursday, October 30th.

We took a taxi 30minutes for this ridiculously good Pizza. The crust was so perfectly thin, firm and tasty, also with sauce that was perfect with fresh buffala mozzarella. Thank you Staniel Tucci for the tip, so good!

Finally, a real, crunchy Roman pizza. Perhaps the best I've had in Rome. The quality/price ratio is perfectly in line. The place is very rustic but welcoming. Highly recommended.

A neat and quiet location, and the pizza was well-made! Although I personally found the menu a bit limited. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. One drawback is that you have to book well in advance! I expected slightly lower prices, especially given the non-central location... but that's okay, nothing out of this world.

My girlfriend and I went and ordered two delicious pizzas. The service was excellent and the prices reasonable. The only thing I found a bit pricey was the beer.

There were four of us and we ordered five pizzas to share. We were pleasantly surprised by the crispiness and flavor. The food was impeccable.

Fantastic pizzeria. Amazing pizza. Very friendly service. The only shame is that parking requires a lot of patience, but that's obviously not their fault. Highly recommended.
