The pizza is really good! It's a shame you can't ask for small changes to the "special pizzas"...especially for those with intolerances 😔 and it's a shame about the staff (especially the head waiter) who is rather rude and unwilling to listen...sorry, but we won't be back.

Now regulars, the Roman pizza is very thin and of excellent quality. It's a shame, however, that the waiters are truly forgetful and very unpleasant; one more word and a huge argument could ensue.
In addition to the classic pizzas, every month Samy, the pizza chef trained by Gabriele Bonci, offers 2-3 specialty pizzas and 1 dessert pizza based on seasonal ingredients. It's a shame he's no longer there, and the situation has gotten a bit out of hand; there's no professional to manage everything. The place is minimalist and well-furnished.

I had been wanting to eat at this pizzeria for a while because I had read that it was the best place to enjoy classic Roman pizza.. And I must say that it wasn't even very easy to book a table, but in the end we did it and it was worth it! The atmosphere is informal and pleasant, perfect for an evening with friends or family.
On the menu they offer classic pizzas, then they have a monthly one where "in rotation" 😁 they offer new and special ones depending on the seasonality of the ingredients! I ate their special courgette flowers and anchovies, a timeless classic, which combines the sweetness of the flowers with the saltiness of the anchovies.... And I really liked it because it had all the qualities of Roman pizza:
Thin, crunchy, light, digestible, crunchy!!!
I also ate their sweet pizza with coconut chantilly cream, raspberry cuoulis, chocolate flakes, mint and raspberries, a real delight for the palate!!!
I really appreciated the service, they make you feel at home, a special thanks to Nicola for his friendliness, professionalism and for having given us a taste of their "zozzona" which is a crunchy pizza made with tomato sauce and oregano, delicious!

Last night we went to Torpignattara to have dinner at A Rota Pizzeria Romanesca. The restaurant is adjacent to Eufrosino where we had dinner a while ago. Sami El Sabawy's pizzeria is also one of the settings of the new series produced by National Geographic "Tucci in Italy" available exclusively in Italy on Disney +. The only pizzeria in Lazio. So yesterday we were very curious and we started immediately with the fried foods: Tris della romanità (Supplì alla carbonara, frittatina all'amatriciana and crocchetta cacio e pepe); classic supplì, mozzarella in carrozza. The breading of all is perfect, very crunchy, dry, perfectly golden. The supplì and mozzarella in carrozza win with honor for flavor, taste and combination of ingredients. I also really liked the supplì alla carbonara but not everyone agreed. The pizzas we chose were: the diavola, margherita with buffalo mozzarella, potatoes and sausage and the seasonal ortolana (fiordilatte, courgettes, aubergines, roasted red pepper cream). The dough of these pizzas is truly delicious making them thin, as per Roman tradition, but crunchy and fragrant. We feared that such thin pizzas would never fill us up and instead the more we went forward with pleasure and taste the more our stomachs filled up :) Probably the dough is so good that it deserves to be accompanied by simple ingredients. We would have liked to try the sweet pizza of the month but we didn't have enough space...so we settled for two strawberry sorbets and a black cherry cheesecake. Even though yesterday was only Thursday the place was full, the kind and helpful staff accompanied customers between the tables. We will definitely be back with pleasure.

Innanzitutto vorrei fare un appunto.
Il personale e il signor Mario in particolare hanno dimostrato grande professionalità e attenzione alle esigenze del cliente nonostante spiacevoli episodi di maleducazione da parte di alcuni clienti di passaggio. Il signor Mario in particolare è stato molto paziente ed educato.
I prodotti sono di ottima qualità e la cura delle materie prime è eccezionale. I fritti sono superlativi con una buona dose di croccantezza. Le pizze sono magnifiche e l’impasto molto leggera senza essere pesante. La scelta non è vasta, ma è perché dietro c'è una grande attenzione ai dettagli. Come dire? Poche ma buone!
Pizzeria consigliatissima da chi da anni frequenta i locali della capitale e non solo.

Locale piacevole, pulito, camerieri simpaticissimi , cibo di ottima qualità ...la pizza è sottile e scrocchiarella come piace a me ...i fritti top! Provateli tutti.
