Excellent service, a unique place. Amadeo and his family are very friendly. Typical and hearty food. Signature wines. 🍷🥂 If you're passing through Catania, I highly recommend it.

Definitely delicious meal with modest portions. Since the the place is not that spacious they serve food on social table. You share the table with others and they serve all the food almost at once so fast they can accommodate another customers.

Delicious food. For €12.50 per person, you'll have an appetizer, first course, main course, dessert, and wine/beer. Authentic, tasty Sicilian delicacies. If you want to experience the Sicilian atmosphere and meet locals, this is the perfect place. One thing to keep in mind is the restaurant's rather uninviting location. It's better to take a bus/bolt or walk, but take a slightly detour.

Extraordinariamente bueno; encantador, auténtico, ambiente siciliano; comida casera. No esperes un menú: te dirán qué opciones tienen ese día. 14 € por cabeza le dará: Antipasti mixto Primo of pasta or zuppa Secondo de pescado/marisco o carne con ensalada o verduras Bebida de vino o agua Absolutamente impresionante lugar para comer, pero no para los turistas, solo los viajeros que les gusta unirse a los lugareños

The wines are excellent, very well chosen, and at very affordable prices, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. The service is remarkable: fast, attentive, always with a smile and great kindness. What's more, the waiters speak English, which is a real plus for visitors. The setting is equally charming: friendly, welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. It's the kind of place you want to return to again and again, whether as a couple or with friends. And the best part? The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and the service. A real gem not to be missed!

18/08/2025: My family and I had lunch at this wonderful place. Beautiful location, impeccable service, top-notch food. We stopped by chance, intrigued, and even though the place was fully booked, the owner was kind enough to find us a table and accommodate us. We ate divinely, paid a fair bill commensurate with the impeccable quality of the food, and enjoyed complimentary coffee at the end of the meal. I recommend it 100% and hope to return soon.
