Beautiful, friendly, efficient service, really good dishes (the swordfish caponata is amazing!) and then there's the gem of the cave 😉

Excellent food and more than competitive prices. I tried the mixed roast and the grilled horsemeat: both superb, with truly generous portions.
The interior location is very charming, with the cave overlooking the stream that Giovanni showed us, and he attentively looked after us from start to finish. The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced.
A special thanks goes to all the staff for their kindness, and to Giovanni in particular, always smiling, patient, and professional. An experience definitely worth repeating!

Very tasty food! Had the pizza, with very fresh ingredients
Very friendly staff, agreeable to find options slotting you in in between reservations
Has an age old little water stream burried below the cave (where you have cosy dining corners), where you find basalt lava stone on top of century old city structures. Worth a peak!

After a flight and a missed breakfast, we were impatiently looking for a place to have lunch. Almost every place was empty. But a family with a small child entered here and was greeted very kindly. That's how we decided that this would be the first place we would have lunch. It was a good choice. The service was characterized by kind service, helpfulness and speed. The food was delicious, beautifully presented. We washed it down with the house wine and ordered the indispensable coffee. The bill was correct, payment by card. A good memory.

I was skeptical about choosing this place because of some negative reviews, but once I tried it, I couldn't understand why, and it really exceeded my expectations. It's a charming place, with a river flowing through a cave and a menu with a wide selection of seafood and meat starters, burgers, pizzas, and meat and fish main courses. The service was fast, and the waiters were attentive and ready to meet our needs. I highly recommend it.
P.S. The blonde waitress was very friendly.

A very charming place. Excellent food. Romantic, too. From the underground tables, you can admire the flowing river that forms "l'acqua o linzolu."
