Typical and historic restaurant in Catania in Piazza Currò, a stone's throw from the ancient fish market in Catania, the historic center and the Duomo. You can eat good pizza, horse meat or sushi. There is a decent variety of wines and bubbles. Fast and competent service. The external seating capacity is very large.

In a small square after the busiest area there is this Putia which is truly worth a visit: a very varied menu, from first courses to pizza and sushi without ever forgetting the quality. Preference for local products, particular combinations and great courtesy of the staff made our last dinner in Catania fantastic. The cocktails are also excellent. We recommend it despite the open space in which it is located and a little dilapidated but it is part of the charm of Catania

Attracted by the lava grotto, we ate there, the atmosphere in the cellar (the grotto is still a few meters away) was right. The story is good Food, service, everything was fine - would be happy again

Truly beautiful location, a fusion of many styles which is also reflected in the varied and important menu. Good food in all its forms: pizza, meat, fish and even sushi. Worth seeing is the cave and the underground river. Very kind and prepared staff.

Great vibe, they were open until 6am in the morning and the place was crowded mostly with locals. The music choices from the 2000s were great too. The food was perfect, and the service was friendly. Bartenders did their jobs very professionally

We ate in the cave with the underground river in sight. Beautiful place, youthful but also very suitable for families with children. We eat very well

Sono stata all'ostello, dopo anni, e ho mangiato benissimo. Ho preso il cacio con le verdure grigliate ed è stato squisito. Il personale è stato cordiale

22/07/2024: 4 seasons pizza as it should be, 5 stars for that one, parmesan pizza to be made a little fuller or with a greater quantity of parmesan flakes...otherwise excellent
18/07/2024: Excellent pizzas, cooked just right and really tasty. Normal waiting times... but I have to make a criticism of hygiene. After handling the ATM and phone without gloves, he puts the ingredients on the pizzas.

05/07/2024: I highly recommend the breakfast staple and in any case all the breakfast pieces including lunch and savory dinner are extremely good and genuine. Without considering that the tables are large and kept cool and the owners are very kind and extremely welcoming people
