For me, this place is peaceful, where I can relax with good food and wine in a family atmosphere.
The pool is in a stunning location, with a beautiful view, and is very quiet (and it's salted!)
I had lunch under the pergola, very charming, with the option of an à la carte or tasting menu. Everything was delicious, with a special mention for the homemade fior di latte gelato... yum!
They'll soon be opening their own wine cellar; in fact, they were finishing the renovations when I was there.
I highly recommend this place and thank Danila and Rossella for their hospitality, which is unique.

Really nice place, we were at a very silly event on Wednesday, it was raining and they immediately re-seated all the guests inside, excellent organization

It's always a pleasure to spend a day in this beautiful restaurant on the hills of Novello surrounded by stunning vineyards. Perfect lunch at an average price.

Nice Tuscan style hotel serving good food. I would recommend the tasting menu since it gives you more options to try and it’s relatively reasonably priced. Some of the younger staff is a bit slow and unfocused on work so they undermine the overall experience but in general a nice hotel with good local food🤌

Something has changed. I don't know if it's the new management, but everything seems to have gone downhill. What a shame! Other friends and customers of this restaurant, whom we've spoken to, have also been disappointed. So I assume it's not just my impression. The quality of the food remains good, which is precisely why it would be worth revisiting the formula: rather than offering a tasting menu reminiscent of an aperitif lunch, it would be more effective to slightly increase the prices, thus maintaining an experience that lives up to expectations. I write with respect, to share an impression that may be useful.
