We've been loyal guests of Il Nocciolo for years: this is our fifth time here, and as always, we were enchanted. The property is wonderful, nestled among the vineyards, with a dream pool and an atmosphere that inspires absolute peace and relaxation. We also chose this place to celebrate my birthday, for the second time, because for us it represents something more than just a vacation: it's a place close to our hearts. The staff has always been one of its strong points: kind, attentive, welcoming, and capable of making you feel truly at home. For this very reason, we've enthusiastically recommended it to friends and family. However, during this last stay, we experienced an incident that left us truly disconcerted and which we feel compelled to report, hoping it will be addressed for the good of the place. For the first time, we encountered a waitress we'd never met before. We believe her name is Valentina because her colleagues have always called her by that name. She completely clashed with the warm, family atmosphere that has always welcomed us. From the very beginning, she appeared aloof, cold, and visibly annoyed, as if every interaction with customers was a burden. But what struck us even more was the very strong and unpleasant body odor that, unfortunately, was noticeable every time she passed by our table. A truly embarrassing situation, which my partner also noticed immediately. In all our years, nothing like this had ever happened to us: never such an attitude, never such discomfort related to the personal care of a staff member. We have always found the standards to be extremely high, both on a human and professional level, and we regret having to admit that this time that balance has been disrupted. We don't want this message to be taken as a criticism in and of itself, but as a sincere report from someone who deeply cares about this establishment and wants it to continue to be perfect in every way. The level of service has always been impeccable, and the addition of someone who, at least on this occasion, conveyed the opposite, has negatively affected us. Il Nocciolo remains a special place for us, one to which we will continue to return. But we hope that you pay attention to certain details, because they are precisely those that make the difference, especially when you are used to such high excellence.

We had the tasting menu for dinner. Great value, generous portions, a lovely location surrounded by greenery, and incredibly friendly staff. What can I say, everything was perfect!

We had dinner there. It was the best dinner of our entire vacation. It was a four-course menu with three starters, two first courses, one second course, and a dessert, all made with fresh, local ingredients, and at a price that would only get you a simple meal elsewhere. The location is also excellent, a bit off the beaten track with a great view of the landscape from the outdoor terrace. An absolute insider tip!

We chose to celebrate our wedding in this structure. The wise Danila accompanied us in the choices with discretion and experience, the result: an unforgettable day. The outdoor lunch, overlooking this corner of Langhe, was delicious, with local products prepared with simplicity and care, the wines accompany the lunch enhancing its pleasantness and taste in a combination that gratifies the palate, finally the staff with diligence and availability is always attentive to the needs of each making you feel at home. Highly recommended.

I was with my family on May 18, 2025 at my nephew's birthday, we had a great time. We will return soon, excellent food and very kind waiters.

We have been to this restaurant twice, the first time without booking, having happened upon a ceremony and were welcomed very well, the second time with seven of us and always had a great time, good food, good price and a beautiful place. There is also a large car park, I recommend it.
