Beautiful inn/restaurant with excellent value for money. We stayed 4 days with New Year 2025 in the middle. We ate really well every day. The only sore point, our room (11) which did not have a balcony or a view of the hills, still remains a place that is very much worth it, family-run as we like it and which accepts animals.

My partner and I went to Locanda del Nocciolo to celebrate New Year's Eve and it was, I must say, a nice surprise. In the middle of the countryside we enter this beautiful place both externally and internally, with very kind and helpful staff, which is not so obvious and common in accommodation facilities, and we spend an evening in the order of sobriety, with a typical menu Gourmet that left us very satisfied (although I hate this type of menu, in general, this evening it was perfect and very balanced) and with music managed, I must say, very well, from the point of view of content and moderation of his approach, by a DJ, I believe, called for the occasion. More than anything else - and this is the small and very banal secret that many Italian entrepreneurs seem to ignore - we felt, so to speak, "lulled", thanks to the attentions of what must have been the maitre d', a very nice, frank and very attentive to us couples who occupied one wing of the salon (he certainly was also to other customers behind me). We discovered that it is also a place where you can stay and we will think about it without anything else for the next occasion. In short, I believe that with this welcome and this excellent food, foreigners are crazy about us!

Beautiful and well-kept location, especially inside. Really very good food, right portions with the tasting menu and good choice of wines at more than honest prices and friendly staff. Two tasting menus, a bottle of excellent Nebbiolo for €22, two coffees and water, €76, we didn't even pay the cover charge even though we had cloth tablecloths and there was excellent care taken with the interior furnishings. I saw tables arriving and sitting down to eat at 2.30pm, which was absolutely not a given and which I appreciated. Perhaps a little something needs to be reviewed in terms of the arrangement of the outdoor spaces, even if at the end of December it is quite normal that they are not very well looked after, I plan to return in the summer, perhaps to be able to take advantage of the swimming pool. However, I give 5 stars for the value for money, which I found excellent, I would have had nothing to complain about if I had paid even €10 more for the tasting menu. I arrive from Turin and it is absolutely worth the trip, I will return and recommend the inn to my acquaintances with great pleasure. Compliments.
