A splendid Sunday spent in Monteforte Irpino at A Malafemmena Osteria, less than an hour from Naples. Upon entering you can smell the good Sunday food at grandma's house, expectations were not disappointed, that scent was associated with a simple and tasty taste. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. The protagonists of malafemmena are very nice and professional WE will return and recommend it 🥰

Returning from a long motorbike trip, we stumbled upon this tavern almost by chance while traveling along the wonderful roads of Irpinia. Attracted by the tables outside laden with all sorts of goodies, we stopped for lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Mrs. Lia and her collaborators, truly delightful people, sociable as well as professional. The foods we tasted were all excellent, in particular an octopus salad with different types of beans, I have never eaten such a good octopus salad

Di ritorno da un lungo viaggio in moto, ci siamo imbattuti quasi per caso in questa osteria percorrendo le meravigliose strade dell’Irpinia. Attratti dai tavoli all’esterno imbanditi con ogni ben di Dio, ci siamo fermati per pranzare. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla proprietaria signora Lia e dalle sue collaboratrici, persone veramente deliziose, socievoli oltre che professionali. I cibi che abbiamo gustato tutti ottimi, in particolare una insalata di polpo con diverse tipologie di fagioli, mai mangiata un insalata dí polpo così buona! Molto buoni anche gli altri piatti che abbiamo ordinato.

We got there driven by curiosity...It's fully worth the 5 stars for the friendliness and authenticity of the products. Very nice place and all the products are home-made. At the end of lunch (all very good)... I recommend apple cinnamon puff

Excellent Neapolitan based cuisine, informal and friendly environment, an amazing, we are talking about land cuisine and precisely pasta, lardiata and a notable Genoese one and despite the "land" a varied offering of fish... which I don't prefer and compared to since I haven't eaten anything I can't comment. Absolutely coming back

Il posto, l’atmosfera e i piatti non mi hanno fatto urlare WOW! Sicuramente il cibo non è brutto, ma niente di che! Primi abbastanza buoni , carne mediocre. Da Riprovare… Può capitare la giornata NO à chiunque.
