I tried the pizza and I must say that the dough is truly exceptional. One of the best I've ever tasted. I also tried their panettone and the dough is soft and tasty. Highly recommended

24/05/2025: I have tried all the granitas in Acireale, and the best is the one at Blue Bar! The brioche is also excellent, nothing to do with the others. Very kind staff, especially Simone who is a professional! I recommend it for lovers of artisanal products
