A truly interesting place... top-quality ingredients and very kind, attentive, and helpful staff. I went for an aperitivo and it was a pleasant journey through flavors. The mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses was exquisite. The desserts were also excellent.

A good place to enjoy an aperitif with friends (reservations recommended). It's a shame the acoustics in the dining room made conversation a bit difficult. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend a few more options for vegetarians.

The food is excellent, with a constantly changing menu based on market demand. The products on offer are highly sought-after. They're famous for their "tasting board" (tastings by the meter). Their cocktail menu offers interesting twists, with their own twists. Reservations are required, and parking is limited in the immediate area. Friendly staff are knowledgeable and can explain the various dishes. Their homemade bread and focaccia are also excellent.

Simple but not banal, because doing simple things well is the most complicated thing of all. I really liked it; I didn't find anything that wasn't pleasant and well-crafted. Well done, well done, well done.
