We pointed out the mistake, and after a few minutes, the dish was returned exactly as it was, accompanied by a rather disarming explanation: "The stracciatella is out." No one bothered to communicate this beforehand, nor to offer an alternative—a simple mozzarella, for example, would have saved the dish and the service as well.

I wonder what the point is in leaving the menu and prices from 5/6/4 years ago!! Is it so difficult to update the menu with current prices? A bit of everyone, maaahhhh
