Good quality food... too noisy place

I had dinner at A La Romana and left really satisfied! A restaurant that manages to perfectly combine Roman tradition with a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. I ordered the Roman tripe and the saltimbocca: both simply exceptional. The tripe was soft, tasty, with that mint that smells of real Rome. Saltimbocca? Very tender, tasty, cooked to perfection. The very friendly staff, always available and with a smile, made the experience even more pleasant. Fast and attentive service, without being intrusive. Excellent value for money. I will definitely go back, maybe to try the carbonara too! Highly recommended for those who want to savor true Roman cuisine in a genuine environment.

The place is very nice and the tongs were very good. I took them vegetarian and I liked them a lot and I took the mascarpone trio. It was very good. Everything was excellent. The price is right for me The only thing about a birthday party was that it felt very noisy, I couldn't have a chat because it's hard to feel that he's close to me I went on a Saturday with the 9pm shift

Spent too much for the 4 things we got. Pisa with vegetables nothing special, good tripe, savory pasta alla zozzona, the portion (a piece) of oxtail which looked like a vegetable minestrone (I'll start by saying that I'm from Lazio and I know our traditional dishes very well). Good wines and equally good bread. Some aspects can be improved. I also recommend doing an encore of first courses on holidays and weekends. (ps as an amatrician I recommend you make spaghetti for amatriciana because this is how that dish is born)

I couldn't help but give 5 stars! I went to this place last night (and I can't wait to go back 😋😋). EXCELLENT food as well as the service and atmosphere. The girls on the staff are very kind and professional. SUPER the owner who, in addition to giving us excellent advice, during dinner, stopped by the table to make sure everything was ok (not just from our table, you can see that she really cares about the customer!) Ah, I highly recommend calling to book because it's always full! We will definitely return.
