We were recommended by a friend and on Easter day we had lunch here, if I could I would give more in terms of ratings, from the quality of the food to the service, everything was excellent and the staff (we only know the names of Enzo and Giorgio) were kind and competent, it is a pleasure to take a trip out of town and find such well-kept and welcoming places. A very characteristic place with typical Sicilian cuisine.

Very characteristic location with attention to detail. Even the toilet room stands out for its style and cleanliness. We went on a weekday, we ate from the à la carte menu and we were already full with just the starter, really rich and varied, based on cured meats, cheeses and fresh ricotta, mushrooms, olives, pieces of vegetable omelette, courgettes, aubergines, artichokes, broccoli and a truly delicious chickpea soup. The first course was plentiful and the mixed roast was really good, with even 6 different pieces. They told us that on Sundays they offer a fixed menu and the dishes are even richer. The ingredients were all fresh and we ate a lot, but above all well! Optimal! To be recommended! I don't give a rating to the rooms because I haven't seen them, but based on how the rest is managed, I imagine they are comfortable and characteristic.

Location with attention to detail, Really good food with abundant portions, kind and helpful staff. For ricotta lovers and not only.. absolutely to try! Also a detail not to be underestimated..my husband had lost his glasses in the parking lot after calling they were so thoughtful and helpful in checking and finding the glasses that they kindly kept aside after notifying me until we returned to collect them..this kind attention distinguishes the place, the owner and his staff even more so to understand that it is not only worth returning for the food! Il luogo è davvero caratteristico, pieno di storia e pranzare in una grotta ricca di oggetti della storia siciliana è molto affascinante. Servizio fin troppo veloce, quasi sbrigativo, cibo abbondante di discreta qualità, piacevole ma non indimenticabile.
