A Cumacca In Caltagirone

We were there yesterday. The owner was very friendly and the food was fantastic. It's a very family-oriented and child-friendly place, and we even managed a short conversation despite the language barrier. We would have loved to come back after speaking with the owner yesterday to see if they were open today. Unfortunately, he wasn't there, and the employee on site informed us that they were now closed (this was at 8:25 pm – the sign on the door says open until 11:00 pm). The employee also said they would be open again tomorrow – even though the sign says "Closed Wednesdays." All in all, very disappointing – so despite our extended stay in the city, we probably won't be coming back. It's a shame, because the food was very good.

A small trattoria in the historic center of Caltagirone. The atmosphere is a bit crowded, but the staff is very friendly and the food is good. A pleasant break while visiting Caltagirone.

Restaurant in the heart of Caltagirone. Typical Sicilian dishes prepared with quality ingredients. We had a wonderful time. The service is excellent.

Everything was delicious, the place was very welcoming, the staff was truly kind and professional. The desserts were amazing.

Abbiamo cenato diverse volte in questo ristorantino immerso nel centro storico, locale pulito ed accogliente, personale gentile e preparato, ottimi consigli anche sui vini da scegliere, materie prime dí ottima qualità, eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato!
